Nutrition and holistic health are her passion. After her own illness, she completed her studies to become a holistic health consultant and would now like to pass on her wealth of experience to others. She accompanies people on their way back to well-being. We spoke to her.

How do you start your morning?


In autumn and winter, I usually start my morning with a cup of herbal tea so that I can start the day warm and comfortably. In summer, on the other hand, I prefer the classic lemon water to support my acid-base balance. This little morning ritual gets my full attention and I dedicate myself here to the morning rest - I'll leave my cell phone off for the time being.

What's your feel-good routine?


My feel-good routine can take many forms - often a hot bath or hot water bottle is part of it, but most of all it's rest and retreat. Because I draw my strength from stillness. These downtimes allow me to reorganize and process things.

what are you dreaming about


I dream of a world where people live and let other people live. I dream of acceptance and that actions are always based on reasons. I also dream that mindfulness will already be a topic in school and that more value will be placed on intuition, creativity and awareness in everyday life.

What sin do you indulge in now and then?


I don't really have any sins, because for me, "sinning" has a very negative connotation and if we treat ourselves to something (perhaps not entirely healthy) - after all, we should enjoy it and without a guilty conscience. I like to refer to the famous 80/20 rule of eating a balanced diet here.

Which I·DO juice should you never be without in your fridge?


"Sweet Greens" is a must for me - because this vegetable juice definitely mobilizes my strength, especially around lunchtime. In addition, it tastes delicious and natural. It belongs on every juice shelf!
