Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing I·DO to enjoy high-quality fresh, cold-pressed organic juices. Our products are carefully crafted and delivered with the highest quality standards. Please read our refund policy carefully.

Returns:

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. Our top priority is to ensure that the cold chain of our juices is maintained to guarantee their freshness and quality. Once delivered to the customer, we cannot ensure that the necessary cooling conditions have been met.

As per European consumer law, perishable goods such as fresh juices are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that no returns are possible after delivery.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your order is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately at support@ido.bio. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Cancellations and Refunds:

Order cancellations and refunds are only possible before they have been prepared and shipped from our warehouse. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@ido.bio to ensure that your order has not yet been processed and handed over to the carrier. A cancellation can only be confirmed after verifying the order status.
