Why are these products cheaper than in a regular store?

Because their best-before date is approaching, or because a batch yielded more than we anticipated. The recipe, organic quality, and manufacturing are exactly the same as in our regular range. The price is reduced, not the product.
What does "minimum shelf life of another 10 to 20 days" mean?

The best-before date is not an expiry date. Up to this date, we guarantee full quality in taste, color, and consistency, provided the juice remains continuously chilled. After this, it's not automatically bad: look at it, smell it, try a sip. If the smell, taste, or appearance has changed, it no longer belongs in your glass.
How should I store the juices properly?

Keep refrigerated, ideally between 1 and 7 °C, and not in the refrigerator door, as the temperature there fluctuates every time it's opened. Unopened, the bottles will keep until the printed date. Once opened, the bottle should be returned to the refrigerator and consumed within 2 days.
With such a short shelf life, is there enough time if shipping takes a few days?

Your order typically arrives within 2 to 5 full business days, and we select products to ensure you have enough time after delivery. Should there be less than 7 days of shelf life remaining upon arrival, please contact us at support@ido.bio. We will then find a solution.
Can I combine these offers with other discounts?

Sometimes, yes. The prices here are already reduced, but some discount codes still work in addition. Just try your code in the shopping cart; you'll immediately see if it applies. Free shipping from €120 within Germany applies in any case, and the deposit is added separately as always.
