A juice cleanse involves giving your body a break for a few days: You consume only cold-pressed organic raw juices, tea, and homemade broths for a period of 1 to 7 days to relieve your system. Throughout the entire juice cleanse, it is advised not to consume solid foods.

The Lean Green Organic Juice Cleanse (6 days) is a refined vegetable juice cleanse with very little sugar. Each day, six cold-pressed organic juices, which have never been heated, are delivered. I·DO Organic Juices are preserved using the HPP process. As a rule, the products have a shelf life of several weeks (3 to 6) - but at least 10 days - upon leaving the warehouse.

The bottles made from recycled PET are part of the deposit system. You can return them throughout Germany at any supermarket and any point of sale that accepts other deposit products.
