In verschiedensten Kulturen weltweit ist Fasten seit langer Zeit tief verwurzelt und man sagt, es habe Einfluss auf die Gesundheit sowie das körperliche und seelische Gleichgewicht. Im Gegensatz zum ganzheitlichen Fasten verzichtet man beim Saftfasten nicht vollkommen auf Nahrung, sondern führt dem Körper mithilfe besonderer Säfte essenzielle Nährstoffe und sekundäre Pflanzenstoffe zu. Entsprechend ist Fasten mit dieser Methode einfacher und auch bestens für Einsteiger*innen geeignet.

All I DO juices and ginger shots are ultra-fresh. We harvest and press weekly and only keep a minimal amount in stock to provide you with the maximum quality. Unfortunately, as a small company, we are not spared from the current disruptions in the logistics chains. Therefore, there may be small delivery delays in isolated cases.
Your order will usually arrive at your home within 2-4 days. However, it can also take up to 10 working days.In any case, you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our warehouse (check your spam folder regularly!). If there is something wrong with your delivery, our satisfaction promise applies. Thank you for your trust and understanding.
To ensure the necessary cooling, your package will be on the road for no longer than 48 hours in 98% of cases within Germany. To ensure this, we are unfortunately unable to offer deliveries on Mondays and Saturdays.

We cannot take into account any additional information about the desired drop-off location or time of delivery. A DHL email will be sent one to two days before the package is delivered, giving you the opportunity to specify a drop-off location or a change to the delivery time.

Delivery to a DHL Packstation is not possible.

We offer free shipping throughout Germany for orders over 120€.
Standard shipping costs €6.95 per package.
International Shipping:
We currently deliver to 7 countries. Delivery times are a little longer for international deliveries. It is therefore not possible to give an exact delivery date. Depending on the destination, standard delivery time and weather conditions, additional coolants are included in the packages. We expressly assume no liability for damaged packages. International delivery is temporarily subject to limited availability.
Austria
The standard delivery time for standard shipping is just one working day (if ordered before 12:00). The packages are sent via DHL International. We still recommend ordering at the beginning of the week to ensure that you receive the package in the same week.
The costs for shipping to Austria depend on weight.
Italy, France & BeNeLux
The standard delivery time for standard shipping is 3-4 working days. The packages are sent via DHL International or UPS.Please select only Thursday and Friday as delivery days.

Die Qualität eines Saftes beginnt bei der Ernte. Wir wählen nur die besten und reifsten Früchte aus, um sicherzustellen, dass unser Saft den intensivsten Geschmack hat. Durch die sorgfältige Auswahl der Früchte garantieren wir, dass unser Saft reich an Vitaminen, Nährstoffen und sekundären Pflanzenstoffen ist. Ein besonderes Merkmal unserer Produktion ist die enge Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Bauern und Kooperativen. Diese Partnerschaften ermöglichen es uns, direkt auf erstklassige Rohstoffe zuzugreifen und gleichzeitig die lokale Landwirtschaft zu unterstützen.
Nach der Ernte werden die Früchte sorgfältig gewaschen, um jegliche Verunreinigungen zu entfernen. Anschließend werden sie schonend von Hand geschnitten, um die Qualität und Frische der Früchte zu bewahren. Dieser Schritt stellt sicher, dass nur das Beste der Frucht in unseren Saft gelangt.
Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlichen Methoden verwenden wir die Kaltpressung, um den Saft aus den Früchten zu extrahieren. Dieses Verfahren bewahrt die natürlichen Aromen und Nährstoffe der Früchte und sorgt für einen Saft, der so nah wie möglich an den Geschmack frischer Früchte herankommt. Hiermit werden Oxidationsprozesse des Saftes durch den Sauerstoff Kontakt minimiert.
Sicherheit und Frische sind uns wichtig. Deshalb setzen wir seit 2014 auf die HPP Technologie (Hochdruckpasteurisierung). Dieses Verfahren verwendet hohen Druck anstelle von Hitze, um schädliche Mikroorganismen im Saft zu deaktivieren dadurch bleiben der natürliche Geschmack, die Nährstoffe und Enzyme des Saftes erhalten, während er gleichzeitig sicher für den Verzehr ist.

We press our juices cold, ie no heat is used in our production. In this way, all heat-sensitive substances such as vitamins, roughage and other nutrients are retained during pressing.

Our mission is to enable you to live a healthier, longer and more sustainable life with high-quality organic juices and foods. As a specialized juice manufacturer from Munich, we have been concentrating on special organic juice creations in raw food quality since our foundation in 2014.
I·DO organic juices and ginger shots are ultra-fresh, 100% organic and never heated. The fruit and vegetables in our premium raw food products are freshly harvested and pressed every week. Most of the ingredients are grown exclusively for us in controlled organic quality. Whenever possible, we work with local farmers and cooperatives in the immediate vicinity of our production facility in Spain. Short distances and small batches ensure excellent product quality and the smallest possible ecological footprint.
The shipping and packaging costs depend on the parcel weight and delivery location. There is a practical shipping costs calculator in the shopping cart.
The I·DO organic juices are preserved using the HPP process. As a rule, the products can be kept for several weeks - but at least 10 days - after leaving the warehouse.
The bottles made from recycled PET are part of the deposit system. You can return them throughout Germany at any supermarket or point of sale with other deposit products.
