Cancellations:

Order cancellations are only possible before shipment. Please contact us as early as possible to arrange cancellation.

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, pre-order, or try-before-you-buy option. This cancellation policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

If you sign up for a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These will be based on the subscription length and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery unless you make payment up front. Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. If you wish to cancel or change your subscription, you can do so at any time. Pre-Orders

When you place a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is out of stock or will be available soon but is currently out of stock. We may not collect payment or a partial payment at checkout, store your payment method, and then process and collect the full or remaining payment at a later date.

You can cancel a partially paid pre-order as long as it has not been processed or transferred to a carrier. If the order has already been prepared, cancellation is no longer possible.
