Unfortunately, I·DO does not offer a permanent discount. Current offers and information are announced online on the I·DO homepage or on the social media platforms Instagram and Facebook .

What payment methods are there?

At I·DO Bio you can pay with various Paypal services as well as in advance or with a credit card.

In addition to the regular Paypal payment function, Paypal services include the following options:

Can I·DO products be canceled, returned or exchanged?

Since I DO products are fresh products, they are unfortunately non-returnable. When returning goods, an uninterrupted cold chain cannot be guaranteed, which is why the juices must be disposed of after they have been returned. I·DO products cannot therefore be exchanged.

Cancellation is possible as long as the package has not yet been handed over to DHL and thus sent. To do this, an email should be sent to I·DO Support . However, a cancellation cannot be guaranteed, but we will of course try to respond to the request and implement the cancellation as quickly as possible.

Can you order organic from I·DO on account?

Unfortunately, purchasing on account is not possible at I·DO. However, the respective invoice can be requested from I·DO Support and paid by bank transfer.

Where can I find the invoice for an order?

The invoice for every I·DO order will be sent to the email address provided. In addition, invoices for past orders can be requested and sent again at any time. I·DO Support will be happy to help in this case.

Packaging

Can the I·DO bottles be returned?

No, that is currently not possible. The deposit bottles can easily be dropped off at supermarkets to keep transport routes short. The I DO juice bottle can be returned to the recycling cycle and used again.

What material are the I·DO bottles made from?

The I·DO bottles are made from 100% recycled polyethylene terephthalate (R-PET). The bottles should be disposed of with the plastic waste so that they can be returned to the recycling cycle - more recycling for more environmental protection!

Recycled PET is not newly produced PET made from petroleum, a finite resource, but rather PET that has already been used for packaging and has been prepared for reuse through an established recycling process. Life cycle assessments clearly show that recycled PET has a lower carbon footprint than newly produced PET.

For us, R-PET is just a transitional solution towards even more sustainable packaging. The first tests with innovative packaging forms have already been promising and we look forward to being able to tell you more about them soon.

Can the I·DO bottles be thrown into organic waste or compost?

The I·DO deposit bottle can be handed in at all supermarkets that sell deposit items.

Why is there a deposit on I·DO bottles?

In order to keep as much plastic as possible in the cycle and reduce the production of new plastic, the I·DO juice bottle contains a deposit symbol which makes it possible to return the most sustainable I·DO juice bottle to the recycling cycle and reuse it. Apart from that, deposits will be mandatory throughout Germany from January 2022, meaning that all disposable plastic bottles will generally be subject to a deposit.

How can the packaging material be disposed of?

I·DO products are sent in a sustainable (more) refrigerated package, which is made from packaging and insulating materials that are as environmentally friendly as possible.

R-PET bottles:

The I·DO bottles are made from 100% recycled PET material. The bottles should be disposed of with the plastic waste so that they can be returned to the recycling cycle.

Insulating cardboard made from sustainable raw materials:

Thanks to the I·DO insulating cardboard, Styrofoam or other materials can be dispensed with. It is best disposed of with paper waste and is completely recyclable.

Cooling elements:

The ice packs consist of a water-based gel. They are absolutely harmless and food safe. The ice packs can be reused or alternatively disposed of with household waste.

Can small parts come out of the packaging that would be unhealthy if I drink them?

No, that can't happen.

Shipment

How long is the package on the way?

The packages arrive with normal parcel shipping and therefore require approx. 1-2 days shipping time, depending on the distance to the I·DO shipping center. It should always be ensured that someone can accept the package or that a storage agreement is made with DHL . The juices should definitely go straight into the fridge on the day of delivery.

How long does the cooling in the package keep the juices fresh?

The I·DO package is equipped with special insulated packaging and ice packs. This ensures sufficient cooling for at least 48 hours. As soon as the package has been received, the juices should quickly go into the refrigerator. The packaging can be returned - free of charge, of course. The tracking email contains a link through which a return label can be requested and printed online free of charge.

Can the I·DO bottles be returned?

What shipping options are there?

I·DO offers two shipping options

1. Standard Shipping:

With this option, the package will be sent regularly with DHL. The I·DO package will then be delivered within 1-2 days.

2. Express Shipping:

With express shipping with UPS, the package is guaranteed to arrive the next day if the order was placed before 12 noon.

When exactly will the package be delivered?

As soon as the package has been handed over to the I DO delivery partner (DHL), a tracking code will be sent by email so that the status of the shipment can be queried directly. DHL also communicates the expected time window for delivery and gives you the option to select a storage location or desired neighbor for delivery.

Could it be that the juices were no longer fully cooled upon delivery?

As long as there is no significant discoloration, change in taste or smell, a clearly audible hissing sound when opened or a deformed bottle, the I·DO organic juices can be consumed without any problems. If the 48-hour cooling time of the package is exceeded or if the cold chain is interrupted, some vitamins and nutrients are lost more quickly, but this usually does not affect the edibility or taste. If in doubt, you can of course send an email to support@ido.bio - if I·DO can help it, a service employee will be happy to find a replacement.

Can the delivery date or the content of the order be changed subsequently?

As long as the package is not yet on its way, the desired delivery date can be changed via I DO Support . Unfortunately, once the shipping center has processed the order, I·DO can no longer make any changes. However, you can simply store the juices in the refrigerator at home and start the juice treatment at a later date.

Can the package be delivered to a DHL packing station?

Fresh products are currently excluded from delivery to a DHL packing station and this is therefore not possible for I·DO organic orders, so a normal delivery address must be selected for shipping.

DHL is planning to enable refrigerated packing stations in the future, so the I·DO packages can of course also be delivered there.

Why hasn't the I·DO order been sent yet?

The juices are always sent so that they reach the customer by the desired start date at the latest - the juices are refrigerated but have a shelf life of several weeks, so they can be ordered earlier and stored in your own refrigerator. The desired delivery date can be selected online during the ordering process.

Since I·DO is a fresh product, there may always be seasonal fluctuations, which is why some juices may not be available for a short time. In this case, there may be a delay in delivery - but I·DO always endeavors to meet the requested delivery date.

Can the package be delivered on an exact delivery date?

For juice and fasting cures, it is possible to specify a desired delivery date. This date is a personal preference. We will do our best to meet this deadline, but delivery at an exact date or time cannot be guaranteed. Once the package has been handed over to our shipping partner, we unfortunately no longer have any influence on the delivery, but it is possible to personally make more precise arrangements with DHL .

How long is the delivery time for international shipments?

What does the desired delivery date mean?

When ordering juice and fasting cures, a delivery date can be selected. This desired delivery date can be selected on the respective product page. Importantly, this is just a personal preference. The I·DO logistics team and DHL try to meet this deadline, but delivery can only be guaranteed within 1-2 days of the delivery date.

The packages are sent the day before the desired delivery date and usually reach the customer the next day. Sometimes the package is only delivered after 2 days. However, the I·DO package is equipped with special insulated packaging and ice packs. This ensures sufficient cooling for at least 48 hours.

Why can't an earlier delivery date be selected in the online shop?

Unfortunately it is not possible to choose an earlier date. The shop always indicates the next possible guaranteed start date for the selected delivery location. The juices should then arrive no later than the day before the start date. Unfortunately, orders on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays cannot be processed - delivery on a Monday is therefore unfortunately not possible.

Can I·DO pass on special requests regarding deliveries to DHL?

Unfortunately, no special instructions can be given by I·DO to the messenger. If in doubt, a storage agreement can be made with DHL or the goods can be sent to a neighbor or to the workplace. At some locations, the delivery address can also be changed later in DHL tracking (arrives by email). Once the packages have been handed over for shipping (to DHL), I·DO can unfortunately no longer influence deliveries or changes.

What happens if the package or juices are damaged?

Unfortunately, in individual cases damage may occur during transport. In this case, an email should be sent to I·DO Support . We will then try to find an individual and suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Storage and Preservation

How should I DO organic juices be stored?

The juices should always be well cooled (below 7°C) and protected from light. It is important to make space in your own refrigerator, because even a 3-day organic juice cleanse delivers 24 juices, which takes up a lot of space.
