Freshness and Delivery Commitment

Our I·DO juices and ginger shots are ultra-fresh. We harvest and press weekly, maintaining minimal stock to deliver maximum quality. Due to current disruptions in logistics chains, occasional delivery delays may occur.

Delivery Regions

We currently deliver to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 2–4 business days. During peak periods, delivery may take up to 10 business days.
  • Shipping Days: Monday – Thursday
  • Delivery Days: Tuesday – Friday (excluding public holidays)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link (please check your spam folder as well). If you experience any issues, contact us promptly at support@ido.bio.

Important Note: Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, and international delivery times may be longer.

Shipping Costs

  • Germany: Free shipping for orders over €120. For orders under €120, shipping costs €6.95 per package.
  • International Shipping: Costs vary by country and order volume:
    • Austria: €10 per order
    • Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €15 per order
    • Italy, Denmark: €20 per order

Important Shipping Notes

  • To ensure proper cooling, orders will not be in transit for more than 48 hours within Germany. Therefore, we do not ship on Mondays or Saturdays.
  • Additional delivery instructions (e.g., specific drop-off times) cannot be accommodated. One to two days before delivery, DHL will email you with options to adjust the drop-off location or delivery time.
  • Deliveries to DHL Packstations in Germany are possible but may result in longer delivery times. The package must be collected within 2 hours of delivery. If the cold chain is interrupted due to delayed collection, the customer assumes responsibility, and no refund will be issued.
  • Delivery delays may occur due to public holidays.

Delivery Conditions for Perishable Goods

  • Cooling Measures: Your I·DO package is shipped with special insulated packaging and ice packs to maintain freshness for at least 48 hours. As soon as the package is received, juices should be placed in the refrigerator. Packaging cannot be returned.
  • Customer Responsibilities: Ensure someone is available to receive your order. If delivery is unsuccessful, DHL will immediately return the package to us, a process that takes around 5 days. The cold chain will be broken, and the products will arrive spoiled at our warehouse. In this case, the order will not be refunded.
  • Regularly check your inbox and spam folder for DHL and IDO email notifications to avoid missed deliveries. Delivery usually occurs one day after receiving a DHL email.

Tracking and Customer Support

  • Order Tracking: You will receive a DHL email 24 hours before delivery. Please check your inbox and spam folder. Before delivery, you may request DHL to drop your parcel at your neighbor’s home. After shipment, changes to the delivery address or date are no longer possible.
  • Customer Support: For any delivery issues, contact support@ido.bio (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM).
