Freshness and Delivery Commitment
Our I·DO juices and ginger shots are ultra-fresh. We harvest and press weekly and maintain minimal stock to ensure the highest quality. Due to current disruptions in logistics chains, individual delivery delays may occur.

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Your order is usually delivered within 2–4 business days. During periods of high demand, delivery can take up to 10 business days.
- Shipping Days: Monday – Thursday
- Delivery Days: Tuesday – Friday (excluding public holidays)
After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number (please also check your spam folder). If you encounter any problems, please contact us immediately at support@ido.bio.

Shipping Costs
- Germany: Free shipping for orders over €120. For orders under €120, shipping costs are €6.95 per package.
- International Shipping (depending on country and order quantity):
- Austria: €11 per order
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €15 per order
- Italy, Denmark: €20 per order
Important Shipping Information
- To ensure the necessary cooling, the transport time within Germany is a maximum of 48 hours. Therefore, we do not ship on Mondays or Saturdays.
- Specific delivery instructions (e.g., desired times) cannot be accommodated. DHL will send you an email 1–2 days before delivery, where you may be able to choose a drop-off location or an alternative delivery time.
- Delivery to DHL Packstations in Germany is possible but may lead to longer delivery times. The customer must provide this information when ordering, including the Postnummer (or customer number) and the full address of the Packstation. The package must be collected within 2 hours of delivery to the Packstation. In case of a broken cold chain, the responsibility lies with the customer, and no refund will be issued.
- Public holidays can lead to delivery delays.
Delivery Conditions for Perishable Goods
- Cooling Measures: Your I·DO package will be shipped with special packaging and cool packs, ensuring cooling for at least 48 hours. Upon receipt, the juices should be placed in the refrigerator immediately. The packaging cannot be returned.
- Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that someone can receive your package. If delivery fails, the package will be immediately returned to us. The return takes approx. 5 days, which will break the cold chain and cause the products to spoil. In this case, no refund will be issued.
- Regularly check your email inbox and spam folder to avoid missing any delivery notifications from DHL or IDO.

- Tracking: You will receive a DHL email 24 hours before delivery. Changes to the delivery address or date are no longer possible after shipment.

Why every step counts and not all juice is the same
harvest
The quality of a juice begins with the harvest. We select only the best and ripest fruits to ensure our juice has the most intense flavor. By carefully selecting the fruits, we guarantee that our juice is rich in vitamins, nutrients and phytochemicals. A special feature of our production is the close cooperation with local farmers and cooperatives. These partnerships allow us to directly access premium raw materials while supporting local agriculture.
Washing/cutting
After harvesting, the fruits are carefully washed to remove any impurities. They are then carefully cut by hand to preserve the quality and freshness of the fruit. This step ensures that only the best of the fruit goes into our juice.
Cold pressing
Unlike traditional methods, we use cold pressing to extract the juice from the fruits. This process preserves the natural flavors and nutrients of the fruit and ensures a juice that is as close to the taste of fresh fruit as possible. This minimizes oxidation processes in the juice due to oxygen contact.
HPP application
Safety and freshness are important to us. That's why we've been using HPP technology (high-pressure pasteurization) since 2014. This process uses high pressure instead of heat to deactivate harmful microorganisms in the juice, thereby preserving the juice's natural flavor, nutrients and enzymes while making it safe for consumption.

How are the juices and shots delivered?
Always kept chilled in the cooling package. Your package usually arrives within 2 to 4 business days, but in some cases it can take up to 6 business days. Therefore, plan your start date with a little buffer. Shipping within Germany is free from €120. Put the juices and shots straight into the refrigerator after unpacking.
How long do the juices and shots last?
We preserve our juices and shots using high pressure (HPP) instead of heat. When they arrive, they have an average shelf life of 3 to 4 weeks, but at least 10 days. The exact date is printed on every bottle, so you can flexibly plan your start date. Store them refrigerated at 1 to 7 °C.
Good to know: We often offer juices and shots with a shorter shelf life at a lower price.
Where should I put the empty bottles?
The bottles made from recycled PET are deposit bottles. You can return them anywhere in Germany where deposit bottles are accepted, for example at the supermarket. For orders delivered to Germany, the deposit is added to the price at checkout.
