Freshness and Delivery Commitment
Our I·DO juices and ginger shots are ultra-fresh. We harvest and press weekly and maintain minimal stock to ensure the highest quality. Due to current disruptions in logistics chains, individual delivery delays may occur.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Your order is usually delivered within 2–4 business days. During periods of high demand, delivery can take up to 10 business days.
- Shipping Days: Monday – Thursday
- Delivery Days: Tuesday – Friday (excluding public holidays)
After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number (please also check your spam folder). If you encounter any problems, please contact us immediately at support@ido.bio.
⏳ Important Note: Exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. International delivery times are often longer.
Shipping Costs
- Germany: Free shipping for orders over €120. For orders under €120, shipping costs are €6.95 per package.
- International Shipping (depending on country and order quantity):
- Austria: €11 per order
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €15 per order
- Italy, Denmark: €20 per order
Important Shipping Information
- To ensure the necessary cooling, the transport time within Germany is a maximum of 48 hours. Therefore, we do not ship on Mondays or Saturdays.
- Specific delivery instructions (e.g., desired times) cannot be accommodated. DHL will send you an email 1–2 days before delivery, where you may be able to choose a drop-off location or an alternative delivery time.
- Delivery to DHL Packstations in Germany is possible but may lead to longer delivery times. The customer must provide this information when ordering, including the Postnummer (or customer number) and the full address of the Packstation. The package must be collected within 2 hours of delivery to the Packstation. In case of a broken cold chain, the responsibility lies with the customer, and no refund will be issued.
- Public holidays can lead to delivery delays.
Delivery Conditions for Perishable Goods
- Cooling Measures: Your I·DO package will be shipped with special packaging and cool packs, ensuring cooling for at least 48 hours. Upon receipt, the juices should be placed in the refrigerator immediately. The packaging cannot be returned.
- Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that someone can receive your package. If delivery fails, the package will be immediately returned to us. The return takes approx. 5 days, which will break the cold chain and cause the products to spoil. In this case, no refund will be issued.
- Regularly check your email inbox and spam folder to avoid missing any delivery notifications from DHL or IDO.

Tracking & Customer Service
- Tracking: You will receive a DHL email 24 hours before delivery. Changes to the delivery address or date are no longer possible after shipment.
- Customer Service: For delivery issues, please contact us at support@ido.bio (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
