Your well-being begins in your gut. A balanced microbiome has a positive effect on your digestion and immune system. That's why we've enriched Active Lemonade with two live bacterial cultures whose effectiveness has been proven in scientific studies. Bacillus coagulans – also known as Lactobacillus sporogenes – is a powerful, spore-forming bacterium that improves microbial diversity in the gut. BC30 – also a natural, live, probiotic bacterial strain – promotes the health of the digestive and immune systems. Its positive effects have been demonstrated in over 45 clinical studies (source).
Another benefit of Black Lemonade: 0.5g of activated charcoal. The cleansing and detoxifying effects of activated charcoal have been known and recognized for many years. Despite its dark color, the wellness drink has a pleasantly fresh lemon and pineapple flavor. Agave syrup gives it a very subtle and unobtrusive sweetness. A soothing drink that leaves you feeling good inside.
Due to the ingredients, we recommend only one Active Lemonade per day.

Freshness and Delivery Commitment
Our I·DO juices and ginger shots are ultra-fresh. We harvest and press weekly and maintain minimal stock to ensure the highest quality. Due to current disruptions in logistics chains, individual delivery delays may occur.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Your order is usually delivered within 2–4 business days. During periods of high demand, delivery can take up to 10 business days.
- Shipping Days: Monday – Thursday
- Delivery Days: Tuesday – Friday (excluding public holidays)
After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number (please also check your spam folder). If you encounter any problems, please contact us immediately at support@ido.bio.

Shipping Costs
- Germany: Free shipping for orders over €120. For orders under €120, shipping costs are €6.95 per package.
- International Shipping (depending on country and order quantity):
- Austria: €11 per order
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €15 per order
- Italy, Denmark: €20 per order
Important Shipping Information
- To ensure the necessary cooling, the transport time within Germany is a maximum of 48 hours. Therefore, we do not ship on Mondays or Saturdays.
- Specific delivery instructions (e.g., desired times) cannot be accommodated. DHL will send you an email 1–2 days before delivery, where you may be able to choose a drop-off location or an alternative delivery time.
- Delivery to DHL Packstations in Germany is possible but may lead to longer delivery times. The customer must provide this information when ordering, including the Postnummer (or customer number) and the full address of the Packstation. The package must be collected within 2 hours of delivery to the Packstation. In case of a broken cold chain, the responsibility lies with the customer, and no refund will be issued.
- Public holidays can lead to delivery delays.
Delivery Conditions for Perishable Goods
- Cooling Measures: Your I·DO package will be shipped with special packaging and cool packs, ensuring cooling for at least 48 hours. Upon receipt, the juices should be placed in the refrigerator immediately. The packaging cannot be returned.
- Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that someone can receive your package. If delivery fails, the package will be immediately returned to us. The return takes approx. 5 days, which will break the cold chain and cause the products to spoil. In this case, no refund will be issued.
- Regularly check your email inbox and spam folder to avoid missing any delivery notifications from DHL or IDO.

- Tracking: You will receive a DHL email 24 hours before delivery. Changes to the delivery address or date are no longer possible after shipment.

Was macht I·DO besonders?
I·DO Bio Säfte und Ingwer shots sind ultra-frisch, 100% Bio und nie erhitzt. Das Obst und Gemüse der Premium-Rohkost-Produkte wird wöchentlich frisch geerntet und gepresst. Die meisten Zutaten werden exklusiv für uns in kontrollierter Bioqualität angebaut. Wann immer möglich arbeiten wir mit lokalen Bauern und kooperativen in unmittelbarer Nähe unserer produktionsanlage in Spanien zusammen. Kurze Wege und kleine Chargen sorgen für eine exzellente Produktqualität und einen möglichst kleinen ökologischen Fußabdruck.

Die I·DO Bio Säfte werden mittels HPP-Verfahren haltbar gemacht. I.d.R. sind die Produkte mehrere Wochen (3 bis 6) - mindestens aber 10 Tage - beim Verlassen des Lagers haltbar.

Die Flaschen aus recyceltem PET sind Teil des Pfandsystems. Du kannst sie in ganz Deutschland in jedem Supermarkt und an jeder Verkaufsstelle mit anderen Pfandprodukten zurückgeben.
