Freshness and Delivery Commitment
Our I·DO juices and ginger shots are ultra-fresh. We harvest and press weekly and maintain minimal stock to ensure the highest quality. Due to current disruptions in logistics chains, individual delivery delays may occur.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Your order is usually delivered within 2–4 business days. During periods of high demand, delivery can take up to 10 business days.
- Shipping Days: Monday – Thursday
- Delivery Days: Tuesday – Friday (excluding public holidays)
After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number (please also check your spam folder). If you encounter any problems, please contact us immediately at support@ido.bio.

Shipping Costs
- Germany: Free shipping for orders over €120. For orders under €120, shipping costs are €6.95 per package.
- International Shipping (depending on country and order quantity):
- Austria: €11 per order
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €15 per order
- Italy, Denmark: €20 per order
Important Shipping Information
- To ensure the necessary cooling, the transport time within Germany is a maximum of 48 hours. Therefore, we do not ship on Mondays or Saturdays.
- Specific delivery instructions (e.g., desired times) cannot be accommodated. DHL will send you an email 1–2 days before delivery, where you may be able to choose a drop-off location or an alternative delivery time.
- Delivery to DHL Packstations in Germany is possible but may lead to longer delivery times. The customer must provide this information when ordering, including the Postnummer (or customer number) and the full address of the Packstation. The package must be collected within 2 hours of delivery to the Packstation. In case of a broken cold chain, the responsibility lies with the customer, and no refund will be issued.
- Public holidays can lead to delivery delays.
Delivery Conditions for Perishable Goods
- Cooling Measures: Your I·DO package will be shipped with special packaging and cool packs, ensuring cooling for at least 48 hours. Upon receipt, the juices should be placed in the refrigerator immediately. The packaging cannot be returned.
- Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that someone can receive your package. If delivery fails, the package will be immediately returned to us. The return takes approx. 5 days, which will break the cold chain and cause the products to spoil. In this case, no refund will be issued.
- Regularly check your email inbox and spam folder to avoid missing any delivery notifications from DHL or IDO.

Cucumber
The cucumber not only cuts a fine figure in salads – it has also become a real star in drinks. The pumpkin plant is also a real slimmer. Since a cucumber consists mostly of water, 100 grams have just 12 calories.
Fennel
Fennel is an aromatic vegetable with a slightly sweet, anise-like flavor. It is rich in fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants. Fennel aids digestion, has a calming effect, and supports the immune system. Its refreshing aroma makes it perfect for juices and healthy dishes.
Spinach
Although spinach is often seen as typically German, the leafy vegetable most likely originated in the Middle East. He first became known to the rest of Europe via Spain. Today, spinach can be found in almost every kitchen in the world. Because of its mild, nutty flavor, young baby spinach is also a popular ingredient in salads. The intense green color comes from the high chlorophyll content, which is why spinach is often used to color other foods such as pasta.
Parsley

Lemon
The Germans are true lemon fans - all in all, we consume more lemons each year than France and Great Britain combined. The citrus fruit probably originally comes from northern India and came to Germany in the course of the 16th century. Biologically, the lemon came from a cross between two citrus fruits: the bitter orange and the citron.

Dieser Saft schmeckt für mich etwas streng. Habe ihn mit Ananas-Saft verfeinert. Ansonsten sind die Säfte super beim Fasten und Entgiften.

Store owner replied: Vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback zu unserem Green Harvest! Es tut uns leid, dass der Saft für Sie etwas zu süß war. Tatsächlich enthält er ausschließlich Gemüse – ohne zugesetzten Zucker oder Früchte – und kommt auf nur 2,6 g Zucker pro 100 ml. Zum Vergleich: Der Durchschnitt bei anderen Anbietern liegt oft bei über 9 g. Wir hoffen, Sie finden vielleicht unter unseren anderen Sorten eine Variante, die Ihrem Geschmack besser entspricht!
Es war leider einfach nicht mein Geschmack. Ich hatte die Säfte zur Unterstützung beim Heilfasten gekauft Mir waren sie einfach zu "grün" im Geschmack. Etwas Minze oder Zitronen oder eben doch etwas mehr Apfel hätte ich gerne getrunken. Lieferung top und sicher auch die Qualität.
Store owner replied: Es tut uns leid, dass Ihnen dieser Saft nicht geschmeckt hat. Es stimmt, dass dieser Saft zu 100 % aus Gemüse hergestellt wird. Er ist daher sehr kalorienarm und ähnelt eher einem Gazpacho als einem Fruchtsaft. Wir haben andere Säfte im Angebot, die etwas Apfelsaft enthalten und dadurch etwas süßer sind. Wir hoffen, Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.

How long are I·DO Organic Juices good for?
I·DO Organic Juices are preserved using the HPP process. As a rule, the products have a shelf life of several weeks (3 to 6) - but at least 10 days - upon leaving the warehouse.

Where can I return the deposit?
The bottles made from recycled PET are part of the deposit system. You can return them throughout Germany at any supermarket and any point of sale that accepts other deposit products.
