All I DO juices and ginger shots are ultra-fresh. We harvest and press weekly and only keep a minimal amount in stock to provide you with the maximum quality. Unfortunately, as a small company, we are not spared from the current disruptions in the logistics chains. Therefore, there may be small delivery delays in isolated cases.
Your order will usually arrive at your home within 2-4 days. However, it can also take up to 10 working days.In any case, you will receive an email with a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our warehouse (check your spam folder regularly!). If there is something wrong with your delivery, our satisfaction promise applies. Thank you for your trust and understanding.
To ensure the necessary cooling, your package will be on the road for no longer than 48 hours in 98% of cases within Germany. To ensure this, we are unfortunately unable to offer deliveries on Mondays and Saturdays.

We cannot take into account any additional information about the desired drop-off location or time of delivery. A DHL email will be sent one to two days before the package is delivered, giving you the opportunity to specify a drop-off location or a change to the delivery time.
We expressly cannot guarantee that deliveries will be made on time. Deviations may occur in individual cases due to public holidays.
Delivery to a DHL Packstation is not possible.

We offer free shipping throughout Germany for orders over 120€.
Standard shipping costs €6.95 per package.
International Shipping:
We currently deliver to 7 countries. Delivery times are a little longer for international deliveries. It is therefore not possible to give an exact delivery date. Depending on the destination, standard delivery time and weather conditions, additional coolants are included in the packages. We expressly assume no liability for damaged packages. International delivery is temporarily subject to limited availability.
Austria
The standard delivery time for standard shipping is just one working day (if ordered before 12:00). The packages are sent via DHL International. We still recommend ordering at the beginning of the week to ensure that you receive the package in the same week.
The costs for shipping to Austria depend on weight.
Italy & BeNeLux
The standard delivery time for standard shipping is 3-4 working days. The packages are sent via DHL International or UPS.Please select only Thursday and Friday as delivery days.

The quality of a juice begins with the harvest. We select only the best and ripest fruits to ensure our juice has the most intense flavor. By carefully selecting the fruits, we guarantee that our juice is rich in vitamins, nutrients and phytochemicals. A special feature of our production is the close cooperation with local farmers and cooperatives. These partnerships allow us to directly access premium raw materials while supporting local agriculture.
After harvesting, the fruits are carefully washed to remove any impurities. They are then carefully cut by hand to preserve the quality and freshness of the fruit. This step ensures that only the best of the fruit goes into our juice.
Unlike traditional methods, we use cold pressing to extract the juice from the fruits. This process preserves the natural flavors and nutrients of the fruit and ensures a juice that is as close to the taste of fresh fruit as possible. This minimizes oxidation processes in the juice due to oxygen contact.
Safety and freshness are important to us. That's why we've been using HPP technology (high-pressure pasteurization) since 2014. This process uses high pressure instead of heat to deactivate harmful microorganisms in the juice, thereby preserving the juice's natural flavor, nutrients and enzymes while making it safe for consumption.

We press our juices cold, ie no heat is used in our production. In this way, all heat-sensitive substances such as vitamins, roughage and other nutrients are retained during pressing.

Our mission is to enable you to live a healthier, longer and more sustainable life with high-quality organic juices and foods. As a specialized juice manufacturer from Munich, we have been concentrating on special organic juice creations in raw food quality since we were founded in 2014.
I·DO organic juices and ginger shots are ultra-fresh, 100% organic and never heated. The fruit and vegetables in the premium raw food products are freshly harvested and pressed every week. Most of the ingredients are grown exclusively for us in controlled organic quality. Whenever possible, we work with local farmers and cooperatives in the immediate vicinity of our production facility in Spain. Short distances and small batches ensure excellent product quality and the smallest possible ecological footprint.

The I·DO organic juices are preserved using the HPP process. The products usually have a shelf life of several weeks - but at least 10 days - when they leave the warehouse.
The bottles made from recycled PET are part of the deposit system. You can return them with other deposit products in any supermarket or point of sale throughout Germany.
