Freshness and Delivery Commitment
Our I·DO juices and ginger shots are ultra-fresh. We harvest and press weekly and maintain minimal stock to ensure the highest quality. Due to current disruptions in logistics chains, individual delivery delays may occur.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Your order is usually delivered within 2–4 business days. During periods of high demand, delivery can take up to 10 business days.
- Shipping Days: Monday – Thursday
- Delivery Days: Tuesday – Friday (excluding public holidays)
After shipment, you will receive an email with a tracking number (please also check your spam folder). If you encounter any problems, please contact us immediately at support@ido.bio.

Shipping Costs
- Germany: Free shipping for orders over €120. For orders under €120, shipping costs are €6.95 per package.
- International Shipping (depending on country and order quantity):
- Austria: €11 per order
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €15 per order
- Italy, Denmark: €20 per order
Important Shipping Information
- To ensure the necessary cooling, the transport time within Germany is a maximum of 48 hours. Therefore, we do not ship on Mondays or Saturdays.
- Specific delivery instructions (e.g., desired times) cannot be accommodated. DHL will send you an email 1–2 days before delivery, where you may be able to choose a drop-off location or an alternative delivery time.
- Delivery to DHL Packstations in Germany is possible but may lead to longer delivery times. The customer must provide this information when ordering, including the Postnummer (or customer number) and the full address of the Packstation. The package must be collected within 2 hours of delivery to the Packstation. In case of a broken cold chain, the responsibility lies with the customer, and no refund will be issued.
- Public holidays can lead to delivery delays.
Delivery Conditions for Perishable Goods
- Cooling Measures: Your I·DO package will be shipped with special packaging and cool packs, ensuring cooling for at least 48 hours. Upon receipt, the juices should be placed in the refrigerator immediately. The packaging cannot be returned.
- Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that someone can receive your package. If delivery fails, the package will be immediately returned to us. The return takes approx. 5 days, which will break the cold chain and cause the products to spoil. In this case, no refund will be issued.
- Regularly check your email inbox and spam folder to avoid missing any delivery notifications from DHL or IDO.

Green celery
Whether as a raw food snack, in sauces, soups, steamed as vegetables or as organic celery juice - hardly any vegetable is as versatile as celery. A distinction is made between celeriac and celery root, with our I·DO juices only using organically grown green celery root. Celery was not allowed to be grown as a vegetable in this country until the 18th century. Before that, the cultivation was reserved exclusively for monasteries, since the umbelliferous plant was considered a purely medicinal plant. No wonder, because celery contains many valuable plant substances such as polyphenols and potassium, which are said to help with rheumatic complaints and high blood pressure. In stick form, celery tastes mildly spicy and is very fresh thanks to its juicy, crunchy consistency.
lemon
The Germans are true lemon fans - all in all, we consume more lemons each year than France and Great Britain combined. The citrus fruit probably originally comes from northern India and came to Germany in the course of the 16th century. Biologically, the lemon came from a cross between two citrus fruits: the bitter orange and the citron.
Ginger
The ginger root with its pleasantly hot juice is now part of the regular repertoire at I·DO. We use the intensely tasting root of the ginger plant for our organic raw vegetable juices. Ginger is mainly at home in subtropical areas and their plateaus. In Europe, the ginger root has been known and loved as a food and medicine since the 9th century.

Mir gefällt das umweltfreundliche Pfandsystem
Mir hat das Saftfasten super gefallen. Die Säfte waren sehr lecker und ich fühlte mich kraftvoll bei gleichzeitig sanfter Reinigung. Ich habe als sportliche Frau ca. 7-8 Säfte pro Tag getrunken und werde es definitiv wiederholen.
Der Selleriesaft hat sich tatsächlich gut über eine Woche im Kühlschrank gehalten! Hat mir den Urlaub sehr vereinfacht. Lediglich der Ingwer könnte für meinen Geschmack auch weggelassen werden. Die Doppelschichtige Verpackung mit den Kühlpads war mega, die Flaschen sind gut gekühlt bei mir angekommen! Vielen Dank!

Keine Ahnung, ob ich den Sellerie nicht vertrage.... denn ich bekam sehr schnell Durchfall. Mein Körper mag aber auch den Stangensellerie in "Normalform" nicht.

Einfach nur lecker. Bin echt ein Fan von Sellerie. Und dieser Saft schmeckt genau wie frischer Sellerie schmeckt. Was will man mehr.....
Selleriesaft ist nie so ganz mein Fall. Aber der schmeckt soweit.
Leider vertrage ich Zitrone in den Produkten nicht.
Vom Geruch und Geschmack war dieser Saft nicht mein Fall. Ich habe ihn aber brav getrunken. Sie haben ja gesagt, dass er gesund ist, und Sie würden mich ja nicht anlügen, oder? 😉

Dieser Saft ist jedoch aufgrund seines geringen Kaloriengehalts wirklich vorteilhaft für eine Entgiftungskur. Es handelt sich um einen sehr gesunden Saft.
das ist meine Notalternative, da die 3l Box permanent nicht lieferbar ist. die 3 l Box mag ich lieber!
Da ich jahrelang selbst Selleriessaft gepresst habe, weiß ich wie unterschiedlich jeder Saft schmeckt. Nicht wirklich lecker für mich manchmal. Aber ich trinke ihn trotzdem. Diese Variante mit Zitrone und Ingwerschärfe ist rein gar nichts für mich. Die Kombination verstehe ich aus Haltbarkeitsgründen, werde aber beim Kaufen künftig andere Säfte bevorzugen.

How long are I·DO Organic Juices good for?
I·DO Organic Juices are preserved using the HPP process. As a rule, the products have a shelf life of several weeks (3 to 6) - but at least 10 days - upon leaving the warehouse.

Where can I return the deposit?
The bottles made from recycled PET are part of the deposit system. You can return them throughout Germany at any supermarket and any point of sale that accepts other deposit products.
