1. How do you start your morning?
With a coffee and foamed oat milk. I allow myself to rest and try to go through the day in my head
2. What is your wellness routine?
Since every working day is different for me, I even love the little routines in everyday life. This includes enjoying my coffee in peace in the morning, but also the evening routine before going to bed. I would love to be able to incorporate a daily exercise routine, but I'm not the type of person for that. Instead, I walk the dog every day and do workouts or yoga 1-2 times a week if I feel like it.
3. What are you dreaming about?
From pancakes with hazelnut cream. No, just kidding… but the best ideas and solutions actually always come to me when I’m sleeping. Luckily I remember them until morning.
4. What sin do you indulge in from time to time?
There are no “sins” in my diet or in any other area of my life. When it comes to nutrition, I eat very intuitively and feel very clearly what my body needs. Mostly these are fresh, vegan and wholesome dishes, but sometimes also ice cream, cake and chips. I don't forbid myself anything and I don't feel guilty afterwards.
5. Which I·DO juice should never be missing from your fridge?
