When sweetening our gingerade, we completely avoid granulated or isolated sugar. We use the natural juice of the wild agave, which has a balanced glucose-fructose ratio. This is nutritionally very valuable because the higher glucose content is easier for the body to process. Agave juice is raw and has a mild, pleasant sweetness, as well as a high sweetening power with few calories.
