After-release work and review path

Current track · Spec 008 Remedy

Stage 1 and T043 are live and closed. Their full performance progression stays in the completed record below. SQ-003 Phase 1 is now complete internally; the asset library continues before landing-page validation.

Needs a decision now

N12 · HomepageHomepage redesign — ready for your reviewREADY ON THE PREVIEW · the live homepage is unchanged

What this is

  • The homepage rebuilt in the same design language as the discount page: new hero, new product sections, new photography.
  • It sits on the staging theme. The live homepage is untouched until you and Julien say go.
  • It rides the same release as the B2B page below, so please look at both.

What is on the page now, top to bottom

  • A hero that changes between three images, with the line "100% Bio Frische aus dem Kühlregal" and one rotating word next to I·DO (frisch, lecker, praktisch, scharf and more).
  • Why I·DO — cold-pressed raw quality, organic farming, shelf life, chilled delivery, rPET bottles.
  • A mission band with the organic seals and the DE-ÖKO-037 code, plus the Rette-Liste signup.
  • Four product rows: the new 240 ml juices, the ginger shots, the juice cures, and the bestsellers.
  • Real customer reviews through Loox, the press logos, three magazine articles, and the newsletter card.

New: a 240 ml juice collection

  • The 240 ml juices had no collection of their own, so the homepage had nothing to link to. We created one: ten juices plus the pick-your-own box.
  • It is a normal manual collection in your admin — you can reorder or edit it like any other.

The images are generated, and here is what that means

  • The three hero images and the mission background are AI-generated in our own product photography, built from the real bottles and real label close-ups so every label reads correctly.
  • Every label on every bottle was checked against the real product photo before shipping. The juice colours come from the real photos, not from a description.
  • Nothing that documents production is generated. Where we show the process, those are your real photographs.

Two things we changed store-wide — please look at them on other pages too

  • Prices now use the label typeface, and the litre price sits next to the price instead of below it. This applies everywhere, including product and collection pages.
  • All the small uppercase labels are now one single size across the whole page. "Seit 2014" in the hero is the reference size.

One thing for you, unchanged from the B2B card

  • The announcement bar at the top of every page says "Versandkostenfrei ab 120€ in DE" and "bis zu 20%". Both are your settings and we have not touched them, but they are worth a decision before this release goes out.
  • The Loox review widget renders inside its own frame, so its star and accent colour can only be set in the Loox app, not in the theme. Ours is Tannengrün #1e3d29 — could you set it there?

T027 · B2BB2B page — ready for your reviewREADY ON THE PREVIEW · not public yet

Your four points from the review, and what happened to them

  • "Producer" wording is gone, including from the page title itself, which literally read "Bio-Säfte vom Produzenten".
  • The dead "request a quote" link is gone. The quote form is now on the B2B page itself, so there is no hand-off to break. The old quote page will redirect here.
  • Supermarkets are named as their own customer group, next to the organic trade.
  • "White label" is replaced with your own wording: a bespoke product line with R&D, recipe development, label and design, marketing, branding and supply-chain mapping. References without names.

One optional section — your decision

  • The page has a new section showing wholesalers and shops that already stock I·DO, with their logos: VollCorner, TAGWERK, Odin, Feinkost Böhm, Feinkost Käfer, THE GREEN.
  • This section is optional. It is marked OPTIONAL on the page and it will be HIDDEN when the page goes public. You said references without names, and naming a customer publicly is their decision to give, not ours. The page works fine without it.
  • Tell us which you want: leave it hidden, ask them first, or publish it. Switching it on or off later is a one-line change either way.

Please test the form

  • Send one real enquiry through the form on the preview page and tell us it arrived. We could not test this ourselves: Shopify blocks automated submissions, so we have checked everything except the actual delivery.
  • While testing, up to two test messages may already have reached support@ido.bio, marked "TEST - bitte ignorieren".

Where enquiries land, and your options

  • Shopify has one contact address for the whole shop, so the form delivers to support@ido.bio. Every message carries the line "Formular: B2B Anfrage ido.bio/pages/b2b", which makes it easy to route or filter.
  • First question, and it may end the discussion: are support@ido.bio and order@ido.bio two separate mailboxes, or is order@ simply another address for the same one? If it is the same mailbox, nothing needs doing.
  • Option A · forward. One rule on support@ that sends anything with that marker line to order@. No build, works today. This is our recommendation unless you want something more.
  • Option B · filter instead of forward. Same marker, but the messages stay in support@ and get a label or folder. Better if support@ is the mailbox you actually work in.
  • Option C · Shopify Forms app. Shopify's own app, installed from your admin. It has its own notification recipients, so B2B enquiries can go straight to order@ without touching support@ at all. This is the cleanest real separation and there is no external company handling the data. The trade-off is that the form stops being part of our page code and becomes an app block, which we can change less freely.
  • Option D · our own form handler. We already run one for another client on our own server, so routing could be anything you like. It is more than this needs, and it would mean customer data passing through our infrastructure, which requires a data-processing agreement. Only worth it if A to C cannot do what you want.
  • We would not recommend a third-party form app from the app store: that puts customer enquiries through another company for no gain over option C.

One thing on the page that contradicts it

  • The announcement bar at the very top says "Versandkostenfrei ab 120€ in DE" without qualification, while the B2B page states that this threshold is a private-customer condition and not a B2B term. That is a contradiction above the fold.
  • The same bar shows the private-customer volume discount "bis zu 20%".
  • Both are your store-wide settings, so we have not touched them. Worth a decision before the page goes public.

All numbers come from your answers

  • Formats, lead times, samples, certification (DE-ÖKO-037 and IFS), service level and contact address are taken from your question sheet. Nothing was invented. The minimum order stays qualitative because you asked for no fixed figure.

Sidequest asset library · Julien internal

SQ-003 · PHASE 1Product asset-library baselineinternal reviewPHASE 1 COMPLETE · 10 PRODUCT BASELINES · LIBRARY CONTINUESThe first reusable product layer is now complete: every 240 ml juice has an approved straight studio master, an approved 3:4 physical-bottle label macro and at least one approved hand/reach variant. The gallery contains 40 passed generated assets plus one old Shopify image per product as the explicit before reference. This closes Phase 1 only—not the full asset library.

What this unlocks

  • Use the consistent studio masters as product truth for new landing-page asset validation.
  • Use the 3:4 macros as SKU-specific label/proportion references for future generations.
  • Test selected square hand variants as product-card hover imagery before scaling them store-wide.

What still follows

  • Additional bottle states, further hand variants, lifestyle scenes and page-specific compositions.
  • Validate the assets on the noindex landing pages, then scale the proven system to homepage, PDPs and the broader redesign.

Klaviyo lifecycle specLifecycle flows, newsletter and email designlater · review pendingAFTER ASSET ROLLOUT + FIRST REDESIGN STEPS · separate specificationFred approved PR #26's Loyalty Flow fix proposal, but AQ/Julien has not yet reviewed or executed it. Several newsletter and content decisions also remain open. These are grouped into a dedicated later Klaviyo specification instead of being treated as finished Remedy work.

Scope when this track starts

  • Review PR #26 and its Loyalty Flow click-pack before any live-flow edit.
  • Close the remaining newsletter/content decisions and audit Abandoned Cart, Back in Stock, Loyalty and the other priority lifecycle flows.
  • Bring Klaviyo templates and campaign components onto the approved post-asset, post-initial-redesign visual system.
  • Current repository access is sufficient for read-only review. Structural flow changes require Klaviyo's visual editor: Fred can execute an approved checklist, or provide AQ with a dedicated Klaviyo user when implementation begins.

The proposed full-page presentation is deferred. Newsletter UX and the technically complete consent/script-blocking model will be reconsidered together in the redesign; this card is status-only.

Reopen with the redesign

  • Reassess newsletter timing, presentation and value exchange in the redesigned journeys.
  • Define the proper consent and script-blocking architecture with legal/technical acceptance criteria before implementation.

T027Discount page livedoneLIVE · ido.bio/pages/rabatt since 2026-07-25

What changed

  • The rewritten discount page replaced the old one: the menu points to it, the old URL redirects, and the old page is unpublished and kept as rollback.
  • It carries its own newsletter and Rette-Liste signup forms, built into the page instead of app embeds.

Signup path

  • The newsletter popup no longer opens on this page — it was asking for the email a second time. Klaviyo targeting now excludes it, in the same shape as your existing /cart, /checkouts and /pages/newsletter-anmeldung rules.
  • Open with you: which of the two live popups can go, and making the double opt-in mail say what people are actually subscribing to.

T014 / T042 / N17Stage 1 theme releasedoneLIVE · Be Yours 9.1 released on 2026-07-15

Your feedback — answered

  • Sold-out unit pricing is fixed and verified on the real Granatapfel BiB: 16.00 EUR/l.
  • The Typewriter subheading font stays for Stage 1 to match the current product-label design. We will revisit the choice in the larger redesign sprint.
  • The real 320 px overflow was fixed. The affected Hero H2 now uses a smaller type step at 320 px, without hyphenation or forced word-breaking; 360 px and above retain the bold scale. Home, PDP and collection are green at 320/360/390/430 px.

What Stage 1 includes

  • The Be Yours 9.1 theme upgrade plus the verified Remedy theme work.
  • The mobile-header polish is approved by Julien: zero-gap 32 px control wrappers, optical account/cart alignment, mobile menu at the far right, and the real Loox rating integrated into the right-hand row. Fred already authorised header adjustments in principle, so no additional Fred approval is requested.
  • N14 theme-side overlay de-cluttering is included. Fred aligned Klaviyo timing, Inbox appearance and the Loox floating widget; the 50% scroll trigger resolves the immediate collision. Julien deferred the full-page proposal to the redesign/consent follow-up.
  • The three new landing pages remain noindex until their asset-validation and final HITL round.

What changed — retained performance progression

Controlled windowBefore · H / PDP / C mobileAfter · H / PDP / C mobileWhat it proved
Theme upgrade · 2026-07-078.6 + SuperSpeed/opti2 · 56 / 71 / 579.1 + same app embed · 52 / 52 / 57Mobile caveat accepted; desktop improved 74/77/78→92/92/95 through the 9.1 CLS fix
SuperSpeed isolation · 2026-07-159.1 + SuperSpeed · 41 / 45 / 409.1 optimized, no SuperSpeed · 83 / 78 / 83TBT fell from 1.5–1.9 s to 0.07–0.30 s; plugin can stay removed

Performance and rollout

  • SuperSpeed is uninstalled. The complete local OFF matrix beats the ON baseline on every mobile surface: home 41→83, PDP 45→78 and collection 40→83; mobile TBT falls from 1.5–1.9 s to 0.07–0.30 s.
  • Repeated cloud PSI is volatile rather than showing a reproducible plugin advantage. The live functional smoke passes without a SuperSpeed dependency: keep it removed and cancel the subscription; the old 8.6 theme remains the one-click rollback.
  • Safe follow-up optimisation is live: below-fold product images lazy-load, unused account web-component JavaScript is gone, and duplicate Reputon widgets were removed while Loox remains.
  • 90+ on every PSI surface is our direction, not a short-term release dogma. The next performance sprint prioritises homepage mobile, then PDP mobile, then collection mobile, targeting the largest real third-party-script and responsive-image millisecond blocks without suppressing storefront functions for a lab score.

Fred's design feedback — retained for the redesign

  • The Typewriter subheading, bold mobile H2 hierarchy and product-title wrapping are subjective design concerns, not Stage 1 release defects. Julien accepts the current candidate for this release.
  • These points remain explicit input for the larger redesign sprint and will be aligned with Fred there instead of being silently discarded.

Release status

  • Fred confirmed the repo main connection and approved the candidate; that connected theme is now live.
  • Julien authorised the switch and Be Yours 9.1 went live on 2026-07-15 as theme 198316884303. The old 8.6 theme remains available as rollback.
  • Fred uninstalled SuperSpeed. ON and OFF evidence is complete, the safe follow-up optimisation is live, and the plugin should remain removed.
  • The redundant mobile bottom dock is disabled. The approved header hide/reveal behaviour remains unchanged, so navigation is not duplicated at the screen edge.

T043Mobile performance hardeningdoneAPPROVED BY JULIEN · LIVE via theme PR #11 on 2026-07-16

What changed

  • Above-fold homepage and collection LCP images now render immediately; decorative motion remains on later content.
  • Responsive image metadata now matches the actual mobile layouts with exact 330 px gallery, 400 px card and 680 px PDP candidates.
  • Immediate Search hydration is locale-independent and no longer depends on an English aria-label fragment.

Release proof

  • Julien approved T043 on 2026-07-16; theme PR #11 merged the exact five-commit dev candidate to main.
  • All seven changed assets matched the connected live theme on first Shopify read-back. The public 320/360/390/430 px sweep passed on homepage, PDP and collection, including menu, Search, cart, product form, links and app presence.
  • SuperSpeed remains removed. No app was disabled or re-scoped and no storefront function was suppressed for a lab score.

Cloud caveat

  • PSI still ranges widely inside each three-run set (home 53–81, PDP 37–69, collection 57–77). The live result confirms functional safety and the causal image/rendering changes; it is not presented as a false 90+ cloud guarantee.

How to read the record

  • The 2026-07-15 SuperSpeed isolation and the 2026-07-16 T043 hardening are separate controlled windows. Their absolute scores must not be chained as one time series because lab conditions were materially volatile.
  • The prior 9.1→9.1 optimized-without-SuperSpeed run remains preserved in the Stage 1 card above; T043 records the next bounded optimisation step rather than replacing it.

T034Runbook review & handoffclosedAPPROVED & HANDED OFF · operational follow-ups tracked separately

What was approved

  • Fred approved the shared checklist and returned implementation notes on 2026-07-15.
  • This records Fred's Shopify/app tasks plus the follow-ups assigned to AQ. The theme switch is closed separately under T042.

Page and repository — same runbook

  • The VPS page is the readable rendered view. The canonical source is specs/008-remedy-execution/handouts/fred-handout-2026-07.md on branch 008-remedy-execution in the private armadaquadratALPHA/aq-ido repo.
  • Fred already has repo access. His agent can read the Markdown source to explain a step or help draft changes; accepted source edits are then re-rendered to the VPS page.

How we use it

  • Fred can keep using this as the working checklist for agreed Shopify/app operations; AQ-owned follow-ups now appear above as their own after-release work.
  • The T034 approval gate is closed; this does not mean every item inside the living runbook is complete. Outstanding work keeps its own task or later-track status.

Accepted changes and ownership

  • Fred completed the Klaviyo timing, Inbox appearance and Loox floating-widget work. The 50% scroll trigger now separates the newsletter prompt from the initial consent onboarding and resolves the immediate overlap/clutter problem.
  • Julien deferred the proposed full-page consent presentation on 2026-07-16. Newsletter presentation and a technically complete consent architecture return as redesign inputs instead of remaining immediate Remedy work.
  • Fred's design notes stay recorded for the redesign. The two app-widget font overrides will be clarified later instead of blocking this release.
  • H3 Option B now gets a separate Markets capability pass; a subdomain is not automatically required. The current AQ app lacks read_markets/write_markets, and a Shopify MCP can only do this when its own connection exposes those rights and mutations.

What waits for Julien's input

  • N2's report exists. H3 needs the Markets capability pass, while H4 and N3 continue as direct Shopify operations with their updated findings.

Ongoing arcs at the bottom

  • N13/H2 stay one later B2B arc. Any old Pipedrive/customer data must be transferred through a secure email/data-ingestion path and must never be committed to the repo.
  • H9 becomes a separate later Klaviyo audit/spec after the asset update and potentially the redesign. Elya is no longer the owner; Fred's Klaviyo MCP plus scoped skills and examples will support that work.
