The three essential oils are 100% natural oils and have individual properties to support you in your fasting cure.
→ Lavender oil: calming and relaxing
→ Lemon oil: Invigorating and strengthening
→ Peppermint oil: Refreshing and pain-relieving, especially for headaches.
For aromatherapy, add 2 to 3 drops to the aroma lamp with a little water and enjoy the soothing effect. You can also use the diluted oils for facial massage with the Guasha stone.
Our I·DO juices and ginger shots are ultra-fresh. We harvest and press weekly and maintain minimal stock to ensure the highest quality. Due to current disruptions in logistics chains, individual delivery delays may occur.

As a specialized juice manufacturer from Munich, we have focused on unique raw food quality juice creations since our founding in 2014.
I·DO Organic Juices and Ginger Shots are ultra-fresh, 100% organic, and never heated. The fruit and vegetables for our premium raw food products are harvested and pressed fresh weekly. Most ingredients are grown exclusively for us to controlled organic standards. Whenever possible, we work with local farmers and cooperatives in the immediate vicinity of our production facility in Spain. Short distances and small batches ensure excellent product quality and the smallest possible ecological footprint.
Always cool and fresh via refrigerated packaging. Your package will typically arrive within two to four business days.

I·DO Organic Juices are preserved using the HPP process. Generally, the products have a shelf life of several weeks (3 to 6) - but at least 10 days - upon leaving the warehouse.
The bottles made from recycled PET are part of the deposit system. You can return them throughout Germany at any supermarket and any point of sale that accepts other deposit products.
