freshness and delivery commitment
Our I DO juices and ginger shots are ultra-fresh . We harvest and press weekly and keep only minimal stocks to ensure the highest quality. Due to current disruptions in the logistics chains, delivery delays may occur in isolated cases.

- Standard Delivery : Your order will usually be delivered within 2-4 working days . During periods of high demand, delivery may take up to 10 working days .
- Shipping days : Monday – Thursday
- Delivery days : Tuesday – Friday (excluding holidays)

- Germany : Free shipping for orders over €120 . For orders under €120, shipping costs are €6.95 per package.
- International shipping (depending on country and order quantity):
- Austria : €10 per order
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands : €15 per order
- Italy, Denmark : €20 per order
Important shipping information
- To ensure the necessary cooling , the transport time within Germany is a maximum of 48 hours . Therefore, we do not ship on Mondays or Saturdays .
- Special delivery instructions (e.g. preferred times) cannot be taken into account . DHL will send you an email 1-2 days before delivery in which you can choose a drop-off location or an alternative delivery time if necessary.
- Deliveries to DHL Packstations in Germany are possible, but may cause longer delivery times . The package must be picked up within 2 hours . If the cold chain is interrupted, the customer is responsible and no refund will be made .
- Holidays may cause delivery delays.
delivery conditions for perishable goods
- Cooling measures : Your I·DO package is sent with special packaging and ice packs that ensure cooling for at least 48 hours . Upon receipt, the juices should be placed in the refrigerator immediately . The packaging cannot be returned .
- Customer responsibility : Please make sure that someone is available to receive your package. In case of delivery failure, the package will be returned to us immediately . The return takes about 5 days , which will break the cold chain and cause the products to spoil. In this case, no refund will be given .
- Please check your email inbox and spam folder regularly to ensure you do not miss any delivery notifications from DHL or IDO.

What makes I·DO special?
I·DO organic juices and ginger shots are ultra-fresh, 100% organic, and never heated. The fruits and vegetables used in these premium raw food products are harvested and pressed fresh weekly. Most of the ingredients are grown exclusively for us under certified organic conditions. Whenever possible, we work with local farmers and cooperatives in the immediate vicinity of our production facility in Spain. Short transport routes and small batches ensure excellent product quality and the smallest possible ecological footprint.

Always chilled and fresh thanks to our cooling package. Your package will typically arrive within two to four business days.

Shipping and packaging costs depend on the package weight and delivery location. A handy shipping cost calculator is available in the shopping cart.

How long do I·DO organic juices last?
I·DO organic juices are preserved using the HPP process. As a rule, the products have a shelf life of several weeks (3 to 6) – but at least 10 days – after leaving the warehouse.

Where can I return the deposit?
The bottles made from recycled PET are part of the deposit system. You can return them throughout Germany at any supermarket or retail outlet along with other deposit products.

I·DO regularly offers discounts and special promotions. The reduced products (crossed-out prices) in our online shop are usually items with short best-before dates (between 10 and 18 days).
