Our I·DO juices and ginger shots are ultra-fresh. We harvest and press weekly and maintain minimal stock to ensure the highest quality. Due to current disruptions in logistics chains, individual delivery delays may occur.

- Standard Delivery: Your order is usually delivered within 2–4 business days. During periods of high demand, delivery can take up to 10 business days.

- Delivery Days: Tuesday – Friday (excluding public holidays)

- Germany: Free shipping for orders over €120. For orders under €120, shipping costs are €6.95 per package.
- International Shipping (depending on country and order quantity):

Important Shipping Information
- To ensure the necessary cooling, the transport time within Germany is a maximum of 48 hours. Therefore, we do not ship on Mondays or Saturdays.
- Specific delivery instructions (e.g., desired times) cannot be accommodated. DHL will send you an email 1–2 days before delivery, where you may be able to choose a drop-off location or an alternative delivery time.
- Delivery to DHL Packstations in Germany is possible but may lead to longer delivery times. The customer must provide this information when ordering, including the Postnummer (or customer number) and the full address of the Packstation. The package must be collected within 2 hours of delivery to the Packstation. In case of a broken cold chain, the responsibility lies with the customer, and no refund will be issued.
- Public holidays can lead to delivery delays.
Delivery Conditions for Perishable Goods
- Cooling Measures: Your I·DO package will be shipped with special packaging and cool packs, ensuring cooling for at least 48 hours. Upon receipt, the juices should be placed in the refrigerator immediately. The packaging cannot be returned.
- Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that someone can receive your package. If delivery fails, the package will be immediately returned to us. The return takes approx. 5 days, which will break the cold chain and cause the products to spoil. In this case, no refund will be issued.
- Regularly check your email inbox and spam folder to avoid missing any delivery notifications from DHL or IDO.

Green celery
Whether as a raw food snack, in sauces, soups, steamed as vegetables or as organic celery juice - hardly any vegetable is as versatile as celery. A distinction is made between celeriac and celery root, with our I·DO juices only using organically grown green celery root. Celery was not allowed to be grown as a vegetable in this country until the 18th century. Before that, the cultivation was reserved exclusively for monasteries, since the umbelliferous plant was considered a purely medicinal plant. No wonder, because celery contains many valuable plant substances such as polyphenols and potassium, which are said to help with rheumatic complaints and high blood pressure. In stick form, celery tastes mildly spicy and is very fresh thanks to its juicy, crunchy consistency.

The Germans are true lemon fans - all in all, we consume more lemons each year than France and Great Britain combined. The citrus fruit probably originally comes from northern India and came to Germany in the course of the 16th century. Biologically, the lemon came from a cross between two citrus fruits: the bitter orange and the citron.

Quality is OK, not the best I’ve had but quite good, packaging was a little damaged, room for little improvement on that. Overall satisfied but this product is WAY too expensive though, would buy again if it gets reasonably priced.

Schwankende klimatische Bedingungen und sich ändernde Wetterverhältnisse können für leichte Veränderungen im Geschmack unseres Selleriesafts sorgen. Da wir ausschließlich frisch geerntetes Biogemüse verarbeiten, spüren wir äußerliche Einflussfaktoren auf den Anbau und die Ernte des Selleries natürlich auch in unseren Säften. Ein gleichbleibender Geschmack wird aufgrund immer häufiger umschlagenden und teils unberechenbaren Wetterverhältnissen, Überflutungen oder Trockenheit kontinuierlich schwieriger - besonders im Sommer. Bei Säften anderer Hersteller sorgt das Pasteurisieren (also das Erhitzen) des Saftes dafür, dass Klima- und Witterungsverhältnisse den Geschmack weniger beeinflussen. Allerdings gehen durch die Erhitzung des Safts die Vorteile eines 100% frischen, unbehandelten und kaltgepressten Safts, verloren. How long does the I·DO Bag-in-Box keep?
I·DO Bag-in-Box juices are preserved using the HPP process. As a rule, the products have a shelf life of several weeks (3 to 6) - but at least 10 days - upon leaving the warehouse. Keep the box refrigerated at max. 7 °C. Every box has a best-before date printed on it: it applies no matter when you open the box.

The juice is filled into a PE bag that sits in a cardboard box. Both are fully recyclable and easy to separate. There is no deposit on the Bag-in-Box.
