Freshness and Delivery Commitment
Our I·DO juices and ginger shots are ultra-fresh. We harvest and press weekly and maintain minimal stock to ensure the highest quality. Due to current disruptions in logistics chains, individual delivery delays may occur.

Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Your order is usually delivered within 2–4 business days. During periods of high demand, delivery can take up to 10 business days.
- Shipping Days: Monday – Thursday
- Delivery Days: Tuesday – Friday (excluding public holidays)

Shipping Costs
- Germany: Free shipping for orders over €120. For orders under €120, shipping costs are €6.95 per package.
- International Shipping (depending on country and order quantity):
- Austria: €11 per order
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €15 per order
- Italy, Denmark: €20 per order
Important Shipping Information
- To ensure the necessary cooling, the transport time within Germany is a maximum of 48 hours. Therefore, we do not ship on Mondays or Saturdays.
- Specific delivery instructions (e.g., desired times) cannot be accommodated. DHL will send you an email 1–2 days before delivery, where you may be able to choose a drop-off location or an alternative delivery time.
- Delivery to DHL Packstations in Germany is possible but may lead to longer delivery times. The customer must provide this information when ordering, including the Postnummer (or customer number) and the full address of the Packstation. The package must be collected within 2 hours of delivery to the Packstation. In case of a broken cold chain, the responsibility lies with the customer, and no refund will be issued.
- Public holidays can lead to delivery delays.
Delivery Conditions for Perishable Goods
- Cooling Measures: Your I·DO package will be shipped with special packaging and cool packs, ensuring cooling for at least 48 hours. Upon receipt, the juices should be placed in the refrigerator immediately. The packaging cannot be returned.
- Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that someone can receive your package. If delivery fails, the package will be immediately returned to us. The return takes approx. 5 days, which will break the cold chain and cause the products to spoil. In this case, no refund will be issued.
- Regularly check your email inbox and spam folder to avoid missing any delivery notifications from DHL or IDO.

Farm-fresh organic ingredients
Apple
On average, Germans eat around 19 kilograms of apples per year. This makes pome fruit by far the most popular type of fruit in this country. And if you want to eat an apple, you are spoiled for choice: around 1,500 different varieties grow in Germany. There are even around 4,500 worldwide. For our I·DO juices, we mainly use Granny Smith and Golden Delicious to refine the taste in optimal interaction with the other ingredients.
pineapple
One of the most popular tropical fruits. Cute and beautiful to look at, pineapples will never go out of style - and rightly so. Also known as the “Queen of Fruits” because of the crown of leaves, the pineapple probably originated in Brazil and Paraguay and has taken Europe by storm since its discovery in the 16th century. The sweet, aromatic flesh of the fruit is hidden under a prickly skin and is ideal as a raw food snack, for desserts and, of course, for freshly squeezed juice.
lemon
The Germans are true lemon fans - all in all, we consume more lemons each year than France and Great Britain combined. The citrus fruit probably originally comes from northern India and came to Germany in the course of the 16th century. Biologically, the lemon came from a cross between two citrus fruits: the bitter orange and the citron.
Ginger
The ginger root with its pleasantly hot juice is now part of the regular repertoire at I·DO. We use the intensely tasting root of the ginger plant for our organic raw vegetable juices. Ginger is mainly at home in subtropical areas and their plateaus. In Europe, the ginger root has been known and loved as a food and medicine since the 9th century.
turmeric
At first glance, it is quite similar to ginger, but the difference between turmeric and turmeric quickly becomes clear after cutting open: Because turmeric is known like no other root for its bright orange color, which has even been used to color monks' robes in Southeast Asia for many centuries. However, the root is by far not only suitable as a coloring agent. In Ayurvedic medicine, the small miracle cure has become indispensable due to its many positive properties and is considered there as "the spice of life". Turmeric is also gaining in importance in Western countries: Search queries for the English translation "tumeric", for example, have increased by more than 300% in the last five years.
Cayenne pepper powder
Although cayenne powder is referred to as cayenne pepper, it is actually not a pepper plant at all and is not related to the classic pepper. The red cayenne powder consists of ground chili peppers of the "Cayenne" variety. These thrive on a shrub at a height of about half a meter. The hot spice originally comes from South America and was used instead of black pepper as early as the 15th century. It later came to England in powder form and became more and more popular. The fruits of the Cayenne chilli plant can be used not only in powder form, but also fresh for cooking and give dishes a clear, neutral spiciness. Due to the naturally contained capsaicin, cayenne pepper is said to have a circulation-enhancing, metabolism-stimulating, pain-relieving and antibacterial effect in physical applications. Thus, cayenne pepper counts as an antioxidant - naturally occurring chemical substances that protect our bodies and promote our health.

Most ingredients are grown exclusively for us to controlled organic standards. Whenever possible, we work with local farmers and cooperatives in the immediate vicinity of our production facility in Spain. Short distances and small batches ensure excellent product quality and the smallest possible ecological footprint.

How long do I·DO Bio Shots last?
I·DO Bio Shots are preserved using the HPP process. As a rule, the products last for several weeks (3 to 6) - but at least 10 days - after leaving the warehouse. Store them refrigerated at max. 7 °C.

What is the best way to drink the shots?
Keep well chilled and shake briefly before opening, as the natural ingredients may settle. One 60 ml bottle is one shot: drink it straight in one go, for example with breakfast in the morning. If you prefer it milder, mix the shot with water or juice.
