Freshness and Delivery Commitment
Our I·DO juices and ginger shots are ultra-fresh. We harvest and press weekly and maintain minimal stock to ensure the highest quality. Due to current disruptions in logistics chains, individual delivery delays may occur.

Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Your order is usually delivered within 2–4 business days. During periods of high demand, delivery can take up to 10 business days.
- Shipping Days: Monday – Thursday
- Delivery Days: Tuesday – Friday (excluding public holidays)

Shipping Costs
- Germany: Free shipping for orders over €120. For orders under €120, shipping costs are €6.95 per package.
- International Shipping (depending on country and order quantity):
- Austria: €11 per order
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €15 per order
- Italy, Denmark: €20 per order
Important Shipping Information
- To ensure the necessary cooling, the transport time within Germany is a maximum of 48 hours. Therefore, we do not ship on Mondays or Saturdays.
- Specific delivery instructions (e.g., desired times) cannot be accommodated. DHL will send you an email 1–2 days before delivery, where you may be able to choose a drop-off location or an alternative delivery time.
- Delivery to DHL Packstations in Germany is possible but may lead to longer delivery times. The customer must provide this information when ordering, including the Postnummer (or customer number) and the full address of the Packstation. The package must be collected within 2 hours of delivery to the Packstation. In case of a broken cold chain, the responsibility lies with the customer, and no refund will be issued.
- Public holidays can lead to delivery delays.
Delivery Conditions for Perishable Goods
- Cooling Measures: Your I·DO package will be shipped with special packaging and cool packs, ensuring cooling for at least 48 hours. Upon receipt, the juices should be placed in the refrigerator immediately. The packaging cannot be returned.
- Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that someone can receive your package. If delivery fails, the package will be immediately returned to us. The return takes approx. 5 days, which will break the cold chain and cause the products to spoil. In this case, no refund will be issued.
- Regularly check your email inbox and spam folder to avoid missing any delivery notifications from DHL or IDO.

Farm-fresh organic ingredients
Apple
On average, Germans eat around 19 kilograms of apples per year. This makes pome fruit by far the most popular type of fruit in this country. And if you want to eat an apple, you are spoiled for choice: around 1,500 different varieties grow in Germany. There are even around 4,500 worldwide. For our I·DO juices, we mainly use Granny Smith and Golden Delicious to refine the taste in optimal interaction with the other ingredients.
lemon
The Germans are true lemon fans - all in all, we consume more lemons each year than France and Great Britain combined. The citrus fruit probably originally comes from northern India and came to Germany in the course of the 16th century. Biologically, the lemon came from a cross between two citrus fruits: the bitter orange and the citron.
Ginger
The ginger root with its pleasantly hot juice is now part of the regular repertoire at I·DO. We use the intensely tasting root of the ginger plant for our organic raw vegetable juices. Ginger is mainly at home in subtropical areas and their plateaus. In Europe, the ginger root has been known and loved as a food and medicine since the 9th century.
mint
The refreshing peppermint provides the well-known, refreshing mouthfeel due to its high menthol content. The medicinal plant is also popular as a tea, in which dried or fresh leaves are poured over with hot water. But mint is also used in cocktails, sweets or in oriental-inspired dishes. There is also no way around mint for many cosmetics, toothpaste and other personal care products. Even in ancient Egypt, mint was placed in the sarcophagi of the pharaohs to protect them on their final journey.
Blue Spirulina
Spirulina belongs to the family of blue-green microalgae and is therefore one of the oldest living organisms on earth. These are found particularly in subtropical regions such as Central America, Southeast Asia and Australia. For our IDO ginger shots we use the dried and ground plant in powder form. Spirulina scores with its high protein and iron content and a variety of vitamins such as vitamin A, K and B12. The algae also contains valuable antioxidants that are responsible for cell protection and detoxification – making it ideal for your next juice cleanse.

How long do I·DO Bio Shots last?
I·DO Bio Shots are preserved using the HPP process. As a rule, the products last for several weeks (3 to 6) - but at least 10 days - after leaving the warehouse. Store them refrigerated at max. 7 °C.

What is the best way to drink the shots?
Keep well chilled and shake briefly before opening, as the natural ingredients may settle. One 60 ml bottle is one shot: drink it straight in one go, for example with breakfast in the morning. If you prefer it milder, mix the shot with water or juice.

I·DO regularly offers discounts and special promotions. The reduced products (crossed-out prices) in our online shop are usually items with short best-before dates (between 10 and 18 days).
