Die Lieferung war echt schnell da. Aber obwohl es gar nicht mehr so heiß war, war die Ware nicht mehr gekühlt . Und ich war zuhause wie das Packet ankam.

Vielen Dank für Ihre E-Mail und Ihre nette Bewertung. Die Produkte müssen bei Erhalt nicht unbedingt eiskalt sein. Der Inhalt der Flasche muss jedoch unter acht Grad liegen. Manchmal scheint die Außenseite der Flaschen nicht mehr gekühlt zu sein, der Inhalt der Flasche ist es jedoch noch.
Seien Sie versichert, dass wir die Anzahl der Kühlakkus an die Außentemperatur anpassen.
wunderbare Geschmackvolle säfte,auch wenn wir die greestar in der Küche stehen haben eure safte immer wieder sehr gut und man hält die tage zum fasten prima durch man verspürt keinen Hunger
Ich habe mich nach der 3 Tage Fastekur dieses Mal für 5 Tage entschieden. Ich kann es einfach nur jedem empfehlen. Es gibt für mich kein vergleichbares Produkt.❤️
Die Produkte sind klasse. (Ingwer shot, Kurkumashot). Was aber seit langem (!) unmöglich ist, das sind 1. Die ständig sich veränderten Probleme im Bestellvorgang auf der Webseite 2. Das Desinteresse an einer Lösung. 3. Der unmögliche Kundensupport. Entweder man bekommt völlig verspätet eine Rückantwort, oder wenn dieser Eingang der Anfrage zu lange dauert, dann gar keine Antwort. 4. Telefonisch habe ich es schon aufgegeben, Jemanden zu erreichen. 5. Man muss also Glück haben, dass man was bestellen kann über die Webseite, denn anders läuft nix oder nur kaum was. Wenn sich die Frau mal meldet, dann ist sie sehr nett und hat mir auch schon zweimal von sich aus (auf meinen Wunsch hin) mir dann eine Bestellung zusenden lassen. Wären die Produkte nicht so gut, dann wäre ich kein Kunde mehr! Wann wird das Problem mit dem Kundensupport denn endlich mal gelöst, da dies schon über viele Jahre so geht?

Delivery Times
Standard Delivery: Your order is usually delivered within 2–4 business days. During periods of high demand, delivery can take up to 10 business days.

Germany: Free shipping for orders over €120. For orders under €120, shipping costs are €6.95 per package.
International Shipping (depending on country and order quantity):

Important Shipping Information
To ensure the necessary cooling, the transport time within Germany is a maximum of 48 hours. Therefore, we do not ship on Mondays or Saturdays.
Specific delivery instructions (e.g., desired times) cannot be accommodated. DHL will send you an email 1–2 days before delivery, where you may be able to choose a drop-off location or an alternative delivery time.
Delivery to DHL Packstations in Germany is possible but may lead to longer delivery times. The customer must provide this information when ordering, including the Postnummer (or customer number) and the full address of the Packstation. The package must be collected within 2 hours of delivery to the Packstation. In case of a broken cold chain, the responsibility lies with the customer, and no refund will be issued.
Public holidays can lead to delivery delays.
Delivery Conditions for Perishable Goods
Cooling Measures: Your I·DO package will be shipped with special packaging and cool packs, ensuring cooling for at least 48 hours. Upon receipt, the juices should be placed in the refrigerator immediately. The packaging cannot be returned.
Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that someone can receive your package. If delivery fails, the package will be immediately returned to us. The return takes approx. 5 days, which will break the cold chain and cause the products to spoil. In this case, no refund will be issued.
Regularly check your email inbox and spam folder to avoid missing any delivery notifications from DHL or IDO.

On average, Germans eat around 19 kilograms of apples per year. This makes pome fruit by far the most popular type of fruit in this country. And if you want to eat an apple, you are spoiled for choice: around 1,500 different varieties grow in Germany. There are even around 4,500 worldwide. For our I·DO juices, we mainly use Granny Smith and Golden Delicious to refine the taste in optimal interaction with the other ingredients.
One of the most popular tropical fruits. Cute and beautiful to look at, pineapples will never go out of style - and rightly so. Also known as the “Queen of Fruits” because of the crown of leaves, the pineapple probably originated in Brazil and Paraguay and has taken Europe by storm since its discovery in the 16th century. The sweet, aromatic flesh of the fruit is hidden under a prickly skin and is ideal as a raw food snack, for desserts and, of course, for freshly squeezed juice.
The Germans are true lemon fans - all in all, we consume more lemons each year than France and Great Britain combined. The citrus fruit probably originally comes from northern India and came to Germany in the course of the 16th century. Biologically, the lemon came from a cross between two citrus fruits: the bitter orange and the citron.
The ginger root with its pleasantly hot juice is now part of the regular repertoire at I·DO. We use the intensely tasting root of the ginger plant for our organic raw vegetable juices. Ginger is mainly at home in subtropical areas and their plateaus. In Europe, the ginger root has been known and loved as a food and medicine since the 9th century.

I·DO Organic Juices and Ginger Shots are ultra-fresh, 100% organic, and never heated. The fruit and vegetables for our premium raw food products are harvested and pressed fresh weekly. Most ingredients are grown exclusively for us to controlled organic standards. Whenever possible, we work with local farmers and cooperatives in the immediate vicinity of our production facility in Spain. Short distances and small batches ensure excellent product quality and the smallest possible ecological footprint.
I·DO Organic Juices are preserved using the HPP process. As a rule, the products have a shelf life of several weeks (3 to 6) - but at least 10 days - upon leaving the warehouse.
The bottles made from recycled PET are part of the deposit system. You can return them throughout Germany at any supermarket and any point of sale that accepts other deposit products.
