Freshness and Delivery Commitment
Our I·DO juices and ginger shots are ultra-fresh. We harvest and press weekly and maintain minimal stock to ensure the highest quality. Due to current disruptions in logistics chains, individual delivery delays may occur.

Delivery Times
- Standard Delivery: Your order is usually delivered within 2–4 business days. During periods of high demand, delivery can take up to 10 business days.
- Shipping Days: Monday – Thursday
- Delivery Days: Tuesday – Friday (excluding public holidays)

Shipping Costs
- Germany: Free shipping for orders over €120. For orders under €120, shipping costs are €6.95 per package.
- International Shipping (depending on country and order quantity):
- Austria: €11 per order
- Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands: €15 per order
- Italy, Denmark: €20 per order
Important Shipping Information
- To ensure the necessary cooling, the transport time within Germany is a maximum of 48 hours. Therefore, we do not ship on Mondays or Saturdays.
- Specific delivery instructions (e.g., desired times) cannot be accommodated. DHL will send you an email 1–2 days before delivery, where you may be able to choose a drop-off location or an alternative delivery time.
- Delivery to DHL Packstations in Germany is possible but may lead to longer delivery times. The customer must provide this information when ordering, including the Postnummer (or customer number) and the full address of the Packstation. The package must be collected within 2 hours of delivery to the Packstation. In case of a broken cold chain, the responsibility lies with the customer, and no refund will be issued.
- Public holidays can lead to delivery delays.
Delivery Conditions for Perishable Goods
- Cooling Measures: Your I·DO package will be shipped with special packaging and cool packs, ensuring cooling for at least 48 hours. Upon receipt, the juices should be placed in the refrigerator immediately. The packaging cannot be returned.
- Customer Responsibility: Please ensure that someone can receive your package. If delivery fails, the package will be immediately returned to us. The return takes approx. 5 days, which will break the cold chain and cause the products to spoil. In this case, no refund will be issued.
- Regularly check your email inbox and spam folder to avoid missing any delivery notifications from DHL or IDO.

Farm-fresh organic ingredients
Apple
Germans eat an average of around 19 kilograms of apples per year. That makes pome fruit by far the most popular type of fruit in this country. And if you want to eat an apple, you have an amazing choice: About 1,500 different varieties are grown in Germany. Worldwide, there are even around 4,500. For our I·DO juices, we mainly use Granny Smith and Golden Delicious to refine the flavor in optimal harmony with the other ingredients.
Ginger
The rhizome with its pleasant spiciness is a staple at I·DO. Originally from tropical Asia, ginger is now grown in many warm regions around the world. Botanically, it is not a root, but an underground shoot, a rhizome. In juice, it provides freshness and a warming spiciness.
Carrot
The carrot has been one of Europe’s most popular vegetables for centuries. Carrots used to be purple or yellow. The orange variety we know today only became widespread in the Netherlands in the 17th century. Its pigment, beta-carotene, is also named after the vegetable. In juice, it provides a natural, earthy sweetness and a vibrant colour.
Mango
Mangoes have been cultivated for over 4,000 years and originally come from the region between India and Southeast Asia. In India, it is still considered the national fruit today. Botanically, it is related to the cashew and the pistachio. Its juicy, golden-yellow flesh tastes sweet and tropical and makes every juice velvety and well-rounded.
Turmeric
The bright orange tuber is a close relative of ginger and is also known as turmeric. Originally from South and Southeast Asia, it gives curries their typical color. In juice, it tastes earthy and warm and provides a rich color.
Acerola
The small red fruit looks like a cherry but tastes noticeably more tart. That is why it is also known as the West Indian cherry. It is native to Central America and the Caribbean. In juice, it adds a lively, fruity-tart accent.
Collagen
Collagen is a structural protein found in humans and animals. It is usually obtained from beef or fish. At I·DO, it comes from organic eggs. Products containing collagen are therefore not vegan and contain the allergen egg.

I·DO Organic Juices and Ginger Shots are ultra-fresh, 100% organic, and never heated. The fruit and vegetables for our premium raw food products are harvested and pressed fresh weekly. Most ingredients are grown exclusively for us to controlled organic standards. Whenever possible, we work with local farmers and cooperatives in the immediate vicinity of our production facility in Spain. Short distances and small batches ensure excellent product quality and the smallest possible ecological footprint.

How long do I·DO organic shots keep?
I·DO organic shots are preserved using the HPP process. As a rule, the products have a shelf life of several weeks (3 to 6) - but at least 10 days - upon leaving the warehouse. Keep them refrigerated at max. 7 °C.

How do I best drink the shots?
Well chilled, and shake briefly before opening, because the natural ingredients settle. One 60 ml bottle is one shot: neat in one go, for example in the morning with breakfast. If you prefer it milder, mix the shot with water or juice.
Are there any vouchers or discount promotions for I·DO products?
I·DO regularly offers discounts and special promotions. The reduced products (crossed-out prices) in our online shop are usually items with short best-before dates (between 10 and 18 days).
