Ich hatte bereits seit dem 1. Leberfastentag durch die Einnahme von den I-DO-Produkten starke Darmentleerung, erst mit Durchfall und ab Nachmittags mit flüssiger Entleerung. Ich schätze die Qualität Ihrer Säfte sehr – sie sind fester Bestandteil meiner Fasten- und Leberkuren, und ich empfehle sie seit Jahren regelmäßig weiter. Geschmack, Wirkung und Frische überzeugen mich immer wieder. Allerdings habe ich große Schwierigkeiten mit Ihrer Empfehlungsmarketing-Struktur. Diese läuft ja nicht direkt über i do, sondern über ein anderes Unternehmen, das anscheinend für Sie die Abwicklung übernimmt. Ich habe mich dort angemeldet, bin aber überhaupt nicht durchgestiegen – es war sehr kompliziert, und ständig wurde mir vorgeschlagen, zusätzlich noch andere Produkte zu bewerben, obwohl ich ausschließlich Ihre Säfte empfehlen möchte. Das finde ich unübersichtlich und wenig motivierend. Auch der Rabatt von nur 5 % ist im Verhältnis zu meiner bisherigen Weiterempfehlung (schon weit über 100 Personen) aus meiner Sicht sehr gering. Ebenfalls problematisch ist der Versand mit DPD. Ich erlebe es regelmäßig, dass Pakete liegenbleiben oder gar nicht zugestellt werden. Gerade in meiner aktuellen Fastengruppe gab es wieder Probleme – eine Teilnehmerin hat zum Glück noch rechtzeitig ihr Paket bekommen, aber das ist eher die Ausnahme. Ich selbst habe schon mehrfach tagelang hinterhertelefonieren müssen. Einmal wurde mir eine Gutschrift zugesagt, die bis heute nicht angekommen ist. In einem anderen Fall sollte mir ein Ersatzpaket geschickt werden, das ebenfalls nie ankam. Ich verstehe nicht, warum Sie trotz dieser wiederkehrenden Probleme weiterhin ausschließlich mit DPD versenden. An den Säften selbst habe ich nichts auszusetzen – im Gegenteil, ich nutze und empfehle sie sehr gerne. Aber bei der Empfehlungsstruktur und der Versandorganisation sehe ich deutlichen Handlungs- und Verbesserungsbedarf.

Why every step counts and not all juice is the same

The quality of a juice begins with the harvest. We select only the best and ripest fruits to ensure our juice has the most intense flavor. By carefully selecting the fruits, we guarantee that our juice is rich in vitamins, nutrients and phytochemicals. A special feature of our production is the close cooperation with local farmers and cooperatives. These partnerships allow us to directly access premium raw materials while supporting local agriculture.

After harvesting, the fruits are carefully washed to remove any impurities. They are then carefully cut by hand to preserve the quality and freshness of the fruit. This step ensures that only the best of the fruit goes into our juice.

Unlike traditional methods, we use cold pressing to extract the juice from the fruits. This process preserves the natural flavors and nutrients of the fruit and ensures a juice that is as close to the taste of fresh fruit as possible. This minimizes oxidation processes in the juice due to oxygen contact.

Safety and freshness are important to us. That's why we've been using HPP technology (high-pressure pasteurization) since 2014. This process uses high pressure instead of heat to deactivate harmful microorganisms in the juice, thereby preserving the juice's natural flavor, nutrients and enzymes while making it safe for consumption.

How does a classic juice cleanse work?

How long are I·DO Organic Juices good for?
