    Washing/cutting

    After harvesting, the fruits are carefully washed to remove any impurities. They are then carefully cut by hand to preserve the quality and freshness of the fruit. This step ensures that only the best of the fruit goes into our juice.

    Cold pressing

    Unlike traditional methods, we use cold pressing to extract the juice from the fruits. This process preserves the natural flavors and nutrients of the fruit and ensures a juice that is as close to the taste of fresh fruit as possible. This minimizes oxidation processes in the juice due to oxygen contact.

    HPP application

    Safety and freshness are important to us. That's why we've been using HPP technology (high-pressure pasteurization) since 2014. This process uses high pressure instead of heat to deactivate harmful microorganisms in the juice, thereby preserving the juice's natural flavor, nutrients and enzymes while making it safe for consumption.

Ich hatte bereits seit dem 1. Leberfastentag durch die Einnahme von den I-DO-Produkten starke Darmentleerung, erst mit Durchfall und ab Nachmittags mit flüssiger Entleerung. How are the juices delivered?

Always chilled in a cooling pack. Your package will usually reach you within 2 to 5 business days; in exceptional cases, it may take up to 7 business days. Please plan your start date with a little buffer. Shipping within Germany is free for orders over €120. Place the juices in the refrigerator immediately after unpacking.
How long do the juices last?

We preserve our juices using high pressure (HPP) instead of heat. When they arrive, they have an average shelf life of 3 to 4 weeks, with a minimum of 10 days. The exact date is printed on every bottle, so you can plan your start day flexibly. Store them refrigerated at 1 to 7 °C.

Good to know: We often offer juices with a shorter shelf life at a reduced price.
Where should I put the empty bottles?

The bottles made from recycled PET are deposit bottles. You can return them anywhere in Germany where deposit bottles are accepted, for example at the supermarket. For orders delivered to Germany, the deposit is added to the price at checkout.
Can I eat anything during the juice cleanse?

Classically, you only drink your juices, water, herbal tea, and, if you like, a homemade vegetable broth during the cleanse. If you feel hungry in between, a vegetable broth is the best choice.
Who is a juice cleanse not suitable for?

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication regularly, have or have had a chronic illness or an eating disorder, please speak with your doctor beforehand. A juice cleanse is not intended for children or adolescents.
How does a juice cleanse work?

You replace your meals for a few days with cold-pressed organic juices. In addition, you drink water and unsweetened herbal tea. With I·DO, all the juices for the entire cleanse arrive in one package, portioned for each day, and your digital juice cleanse guide accompanies you day by day.
Which juice cleanse is right for me?

That depends on how long you want to fast and how much fruit you like:

  • Easy Organic Juice Cleanse, 3 days: the easy entry point, 6 juices per day.
  • Bio Balance Juice Cleanse, 5 days: the longer cleanse with 8 juices per day.
  • Lean Green Organic Juice Cleanse, 6 days: almost exclusively vegetables and little fruit, 6 juices per day.

Why does the 5-day treatment cost more than the 6-day treatment?

Because they are two different cleanses. The Balance juice cleanse has 8 juices per day, i.e. 40 bottles. The Lean Green juice cleanse has 6 juices per day, i.e. 36 bottles. You pay almost the same per bottle for both, around €3.70.
How do I prepare for the juice cleanse?

It's best to take things a bit easier for the day or two beforehand: more fruit, vegetables, and water, and less coffee, alcohol, sugar, and meat. You can find a simple plan for this in your juice cleanse guide.
What do I do after the rehabilitation?

Start slowly again. On the first day afterwards, something light like steamed vegetables, a soup, or an apple is suitable. It is better to wait another day or two for larger meals.
