How important are routines to you, and which ones do you have?
My routines are very important to me. I especially try to stick to my morning routine every single day – regardless of whether the day is relaxed or stressful, or whether I'm at home or on vacation. The routine itself varies slightly, but fundamentally, it's important to me not to reach for my phone first thing in the morning, but rather to meditate, journal, or read a few pages of a book.
After that, I try to move around for 10-20 minutes. This could be a yoga sequence, a workout, or even a short walk. Only after I've completed this routine with my matcha, juice, and breakfast do I start my day.
What are your daily 'must-haves'?
Movement. Mindfulness & my journal. I try to move every day, in whatever way possible, to bring a few mindful moments into my daily routine, and to use my journal. Afterwards: my porridge, matcha latte, and a ginger shot .

It makes me feel grounded and connected. I feel like myself. It gives me structure and helps me to do something good for myself and be there for myself!
