How do you start your morning?
My day starts with a large glass of water to get my body going. After a short meditation, there's a soothing breakfast - preferably porridge with lots of toppings.
What's your feel-good routine?
After a stressful day, I like to treat myself to a relaxing facial massage with a guasha stone or a jade roller. I can really switch off and release tension.
what are you dreaming about
Of many big things like a yoga retreat somewhere in the south, but also of small nothings. I'm a real daydreamer and I like to lose myself in my imagination.
What sin do you indulge in now and then?
I have a bit of a weakness for chocolate in all forms - whether it's ice cream, pudding or cake.

Pineapple Passion! I love the mix of sweet and fresh.
