Yoga teacher Franzi is part of our community, and I·DO juices are an integral part of her daily morning routine. On her website , she writes, "I want to live life now and not wait for it to get better. I want to live it in a way that feels worthwhile to me and makes me happy." How do you start your morning?

I have a fairly extensive morning routine because I love starting the day with a little self-care time. I do oil pulling, breathing exercises, massage my face with gua sha, practice yoga, drink a large glass of water, and then have tea and coffee. This way, I start the day feeling refreshed and calm.


What is your feel-good routine?

I can't function without exercise. It's a huge feel-good factor for me. Just like long walks, sunshine, warmth, good conversations, an interesting book, and food. Because just as much as I love exercise, I love good food. I especially enjoy cooking healthy, comforting meals for friends and family.


What do you dream about?

For a world at peace, with more compassion and mutual respect.
Well, and because everyone has their own personal dreams, I dream of inspiring even more people: through yoga, sports, my own book, and delicious, healthy recipes.


What sin do you allow yourself to indulge in from time to time?

There is no such thing as sin. Life is about enjoyment. That's why I enjoy it consciously.


Which I·DO juice is a must-have in your fridge?

Celery juice and ginger shots are part of my daily routine. I love supporting my body from the inside out this way. Plus, I like the spiciness; it really warms me up.
