How do you start your morning?
I have a pretty extensive morning routine because I love starting the day with a little self-care time. I pull oil, do breathing exercises, massage my face with guasha, practice yoga, drink a big glass of water and then have tea and coffee. So I start the day with a fresh feeling and lots of peace.
What is your feel-good routine?
Nothing works for me without exercise. This is a huge feel-good factor for me. Just like long walks, sun, warmth, good conversations, an interesting book and food. Because just as much as I love exercise, I love good food. I particularly enjoy cooking healthy, comforting meals for friends and family.
What are you dreaming about?
About a world in peace, more compassion and mutual care.
Well, and because everyone has their own personal dreams, I dream of moving even more people: with yoga, with sports, with my own book and delicious, healthy recipes.
What sin do you indulge in from time to time?
Sin doesn't even exist. Life is enjoyment. That's why I consciously enjoy it.
Which I·DO juice should never be missing from your fridge?
For me, celery juice and ginger shots are part of my daily routine. I love supporting my body from the inside like this. I also like the spiciness, which really heats things up.
