Through a few questions she answers, you'll get to know her perspective on beauty, wellness, nutrition, and her brand.
Sandra, can you tell us a little about your professional background and how it influenced the creation of Depuravita?
My background might not seem directly related to the creation of Depuravita. I'm a marketing and communications professional with a focus on design and contemporary architecture. However, sometimes our destiny takes us down unexpected paths. In 2015, I found myself in the field of wellness, and over time, as I immersed myself in this new field, a bigger picture began to unfold. I gradually realized that my true mission lies in the area of holistic wellness. It became clear that I was destined to guide and support people on their journey to comprehensive wellness. Even though my background in marketing wasn't directly related to wellness, it gave me a unique perspective and skills that I was able to use to build and develop Depuravita.
My journey testifies to the idea that life's purpose sometimes reveals itself in unexpected ways. Embracing this shift has allowed me to fully focus on helping others achieve their wellness goals.
Depuravita emphasizes the connection between beauty and nutrition. What inspired you to combine these two aspects into one brand?
Initially, we discovered something fascinating through our detox programs in Italy. People who completed our programs not only felt healthier, but also noticed positive changes in their skin—such as a natural glow, a smoother texture, and less puffiness under the eyes. This got us thinking: There's a close connection between what we eat and how we look.
We kept this connection in mind when developing our nutritional products. We knew that what we put into our bodies has a direct impact on our external appearance. The nutrients and active ingredients we consume play a role in how our skin looks and feels. This realization led us to unite beauty and nutrition in Depuravita. Our goal is to remind everyone that beauty isn't just about using skincare products, but also about taking care of our bodies from the inside out. It's like a happy partnership between what we eat and how we radiate on the outside. By focusing on both aspects, we help people feel and look their best.

Where do you find inspiration for new supplement formulas and ingredients?
Ah, the question of all questions! Well, I have a secret: I've made a deal with the universe and my spirit guides. It's like I have the ultimate ingredient matchmaking service, partners, and consultants. While others might consult textbooks, I'm on speed dial with the universe's ingredient sourcing department. It's all about connecting with the cosmos to experience that "aha" moment.
But don't worry, it's not all stardust and whimsy. We have a world-class team of experts who help transform cosmic inspiration into real-world supplements. It's like blending the universe's best-kept secrets with a dash of earthly know-how.
What do you think is the most significant misconception about beauty and wellness that you want to dispel through Depuravita products and the Depuravita philosophy?

It's the misconception that honesty and authenticity are secondary to flashy marketing tactics and inflated budgets. In today's business world, we see a growing gap between genuine intentions and marketing noise. Our mission is to bridge this gap, serving as a beacon of sincerity in a world often clouded by misinformation. We believe in the power of genuine connections and informed decisions.

I believe in the power of simplicity to convey authenticity and responsibility. Our packaging and branding reflect this philosophy, focusing on clean lines and a minimalist approach. Our choice of materials underscores our commitment to responsible design. As we evolve, we focus on further reducing our environmental footprint. Essentially, Depuravita's visual identity is a manifestation of design elegance and a conscious attempt to balance aesthetics with sustainability.
With a growing global presence, how does Depuravita address the diverse needs and preferences of its international customers?
Our mission is to support well-being worldwide. Our formulations integrate influences from Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, and Western herbalism to create products that resonate with diverse preferences. Of course, implementing this mission globally brings its own challenges. Navigating various regulations and bureaucracies can be quite tricky. Even within the EU, it's a journey. But we are determined to find solutions. In summary, Depuravita's global presence means we are here to offer well-being for everyone, everywhere. We combine traditions and overcome challenges to make this a reality.

What is your advice for people who want to integrate holistic wellness more into their lifestyle?
Start with meditation—think of it as a guide to mindfulness and inner peace. Whether you prefer deep breaths, visualization, or simply quiet moments, meditation forms the foundation. Caring for your body is crucial. Treat it like a special place. Start with nutritious foods like fresh fruits, vegetables, juices, and easily prepared meals. These will not only nourish your body but also lift your mood. Spend time outdoors, whether on a walk or a hike. Choose your wellness method wisely. It could be yoga, mindfulness, or something else. The important thing is that it resonates with you. Make it your own. Stay connected to your body and your feelings. Mindfulness means being present in the moment. Listen to your body's signals and trust your inner voice.
How do you keep up with the changing trends in the wellness industry and what innovations are you at Depuravita bringing in response?
For us, the wellness industry isn't about following trends. It's about rediscovering ancient practices that have stood the test of time. We don't believe in blindly following fleeting fads; instead, we focus on reviving forgotten knowledge that has existed for centuries. Many different factors have led people to more stress, illness, and quick fixes. The result? A cycle of seeking conventional treatments, sweating it out in the gym, or relying on medication. But times are changing. We're in an era of awakening—an understanding that trends are often illusions. Take, for example, the promise of instant changes through diets, lasers, and miracle products. We've realized that true wellness isn't a quick fix, but a lifestyle based on timeless practices. That's not to say science and innovation have no place—far from it: We welcome research and creative solutions. But we don't get carried away by every passing fad. Instead, we commit to something deeper. We are dedicated to reviving centuries-old practices passed down from generation to generation. It's about looking back to move forward.
