Quite simply: The pressing methods and pasteurization used in conventional juice production destroy vitamins and phytochemicals. For the production of our juices, we exclusively use cell-preserving manufacturing processes and completely forgo pasteurization.
This is incredibly labor-intensive – after all, we process up to 3 kg of ingredients per bottle. But it's the only way we can guarantee that our juices contain the very best of fresh fruit and vegetables. And plenty of them. Furthermore, since we exclusively use ingredients from certified organic farming and completely avoid any additives, this is truly natural raw food to drink.

I make my own juice, isn't that also cold-pressed?
Conventional juicers generate heat due to the high speed of the juicing unit, and, more importantly, the rotation of the press blade traps a large amount of oxygen, leading to rapid oxidation. This has a very negative impact on the nutrient content of the juice. Only gentle cold pressing fully preserves all the important nutrients.
"Cold pressing applies tons of hydraulic pressure to extract the best juice from our fruits and vegetables. This is neither the fastest nor the easiest way to get the juice, but it is the best and gentlest – we promise."
Never heated!
Fresh juice should never be heated! All juices and smoothies currently available in German restaurants and supermarkets are pasteurized – 'gentle pasteurization' is nothing but a marketing gimmick!
Pasteurization destroys all the important vitamins and enzymes in juice. Therefore, we never boil our juice but always bottle it directly and fresh. With the innovative HPP process, we have found a way to make our cold-pressed juice last longer without destroying its fresh qualities.
Pasteurized juices have been heavily criticized by health experts for years. The main problem: they are pasteurized to kill bacteria and extend shelf life. However, cold-pressed juices, which have been a hit in New York and LA for some time, are now available in Germany. These last up to eight weeks thanks to the HPP (High Pressure Processing) method. Juice, pure juice, and nothing but juice.
As a healthy refreshment between meals or as a multi-day treatment. It works.
