1. How do you start your morning?

My morning starts around 8:30 a.m. with some relaxed stretching exercises in bed, because I'm not an early riser.
Then I continue with my morning routine of oil pulling, a warm glass of water, and a few small exercises. Afterwards, I have a smoothie or fresh juice. Except on weekends, when I also like to have breakfast.

2. What is your feel-good routine?

I have a few of them... I love a delicious cappuccino with oat milk and a healthy homemade cake. A ride through the woods, leaving my phone in my pocket and enjoying nature. On the weekend, I lie down for a while after waking up and cuddle.

3. What do you dream about?

Living in harmony with people and animals. For me, that means everyone taking responsibility for themselves again, valuing their health and nature. Ideally, one day I'd like to live together with loved ones on a large farm (with my horses, a large garden, etc.) and create a space for relaxation and shared togetherness.

4. What sin do you indulge in from time to time?

Every now and then, I treat myself to an organic pizza if I've had a busy day and don't feel like cooking anymore. This, of course, also raises the question of what constitutes a "sin." If you occasionally have a craving for a good chocolate, I don't see that as a sin; it's a pleasure, and that's part of life. It's all a matter of quantity and frequency.

5. Which I DO juice should never be missing from your fridge?

Karma Carrot . I love freshly squeezed carrot juice, and far too often I don't have the time to make it myself. The combination in Karma Carrot tastes sooo delicious!
