A balanced and active lifestyle and a commitment to healthy eating – these are the things that unite the I DO family. Yoga teacher Sinah Diepold from Munich is part of our community and, as a long-time I DO enthusiast, often brings our juices to all kinds of yoga events. We recently accompanied her to her charity yoga event and chatted with her afterward.
How do you start your morning?
Actually, it's quite clichéd with meditation. I wake up to the sound of a wake-up call and the birdsong, then I brush my teeth and cleanse my face. Then I lie on the meditation cushion for 5-20 minutes. Then I have hot water and, of course, my beloved coffee.
What is your feel-good routine?
In the morning, I first take time for yoga, reading, exercise, a walk, or whatever I need. I love it so much, and this hour in the morning is pure well-being for me.
What do you dream of?
Does that mean my dreams at night or my life? (Laughs)
What sin do you indulge in from time to time?
I always like to treat myself to ice cream in the evening. Preferably straight from the container, or chocolate pudding. That always wins me over.
Which I DO juice should never be missing from your fridge?
I'm an absolute Karma Carrot fan. I love it, and it's almost always in my fridge next to my celery juice . If you'd like to meet Sinah on her yoga mat or at one of her next events (probably with I DO support again very soon), check out her yoga studio's website: https://www.kaleandcake.de
