Juice cleanse breakfast: Fruit and Nut Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 100g rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp nuts (almonds, macadamia nuts, cashew nuts,...)
  • 1 Passion fruit
  • 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
  • fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

preparation

  1. Mix the rolled oats with 200ml of water and bring to a boil in a pot. Simmer over medium heat until the water is absorbed.
  2. Place the rolled oats in a bowl and stir in the cinnamon. Then arrange the remaining ingredients as a topping.


JUICE CLEANSE LUNCH: FARMER'S BOWL

Ingredients

  • 75g bulgur or couscous
  • 2 carrots
  • 100g broccoli
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 100g Brussels sprouts
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Garlic
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • Chili powder, salt, pepper

preparation

  1. Cook the bulgur according to the package instructions.
  2. Preheat oven to 180°C
  3. Chop the vegetables as desired. Mix with 1 tsp olive oil, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper, and spread on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with cinnamon and chili. Bake in the oven for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a pan and add grated garlic and spring onions.
  5. Place all ingredients in a bowl and dress with your choice of dressing.

JUICE CLEANSE DINNER: COLD GREEN SOUP

Ingredients

  • 200ml water
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 celery
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 red onion
  • 1 lemon (juice)
  • Garlic
  • Chili powder
  • 1/4 coconut yogurt

preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients and blend with a hand blender until the soup is soft and creamy.
  2. The soup is refined with coconut yogurt and finely chopped vegetables as a topping.
